    Factory Controller - Babelegi

    With a history spanning over 150 years, Nestlé didn’t become the world’s leading food and beverages brand by chance. Perfection is at the heart of what we do and our people are always looking for the next big idea to cement our status. We’re now looking for a Factory Controller in Babelegi.

    You will be a steadfast custodian of stewardship and governance for the facility. Trusted co-pilot to the Factory Manager and the Factory Leadership Team. Responsible for all financial matters (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects…) and provide fact-based decision making on both short-term objectives and on long term strategic initiatives. Provide visibility and forecasts around costs related to the factory processes through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances), ensures Compliance to financial legal requirements and NAS.

    A Factory Controller

    Cash Flow & Continuous Improvement - Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings.

    Reporting and Analytics - Manage factory reporting of actuals and forecasts for the factory; ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of this process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source.

    Business Planning - Drive business planning; manage the overall factory budget with factory management team as well as being the critical liaison between factory and Head Office in the business planning process. Perform forecasts, revisions or simulations if needed.

    Strategic Evaluations- Lead strategic financial analysis relating to major or strategic decisions related to the factory to ensure full transparency of costs and non-financial implications.

    Development and Talent- Coach and develop the factory personnel with focus on finance individuals & team including career and succession planning.

    What Will Make You Successful

    • BCom.Accounting
    • CIMA or CA(SA) Ideal
    • Over 5 years experience in a Finance Specialist role.
    • Team Management experience
    • Manufacturing, FMCG environment ideal
    • Budgetiing & Forecasting experience
    • Developed Leadership skills

    Category Accounts Manager -Spar

    Ensure alignment with CCSD & Field sales on the Execution of Annual customer plans. Create and effectively communicate actions for execution by defining clear ownership and deadlines for all involved - Picture of success and regular updates on the same. Ensure there are clear evaluation and follow-up plans before entering into execution Compliance. Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations. Ensure compliance to pricing strategies .

    • To be accountable for the development and implementation of customer business plans.
    • To develop and implement of customer focused strategy.
    • Accountable for the development, presentation and negotiation of category reviews to ensure distribution and shelf management opportunities are maximised
    • To effective management and control of allocated trade funds and debtors
    • To work closely with the Category Sales Development team to ensure delivery of best practice POP initiatives
    • Assist with the SKU portfolio changes, and range reviews based on customer and marketing requests
    • To ensure the correct allocation of stock (inventory) within customer in times of shortage or problems
    • Accountable for account forecast accuracy for category
    • Accountable for the development/ implementation of customer strategy that supports category objective and meets the strategic needs of brands

    What Will Make You Successful

    • A 3 year Tertiary Qualification
    • A minimum of 5 years or in Sales experience (including Customer and Field based exposure).
    • Sound understanding of the FMCG Industry.
    • Sound understanding of the retail/ wholesale channels
    • Sound Knowledge of Business/Financial, concepts and Principles.
    • Strong Leadership and Motivational Skills.

    Employee Wellness Specialist

    As part of the Emoloyee Wellness team , responsible for the implementation of employee Nutrition, Health and Wellness strategy for the company on a national basis, enabling support for Nestlé's position as an employer of choice on the NHW (Nutrition Health & Wellness) platform.

    An Employee Wellness Specialist

    • Drive employee behaviour change to improve the Nutrition Health and Wellness (NHW) profile of our employees to decrease absenteeism and Increase productivity through data collection, analysis and reporting
    • Responsible for definition and communication of nutrition health and wellness calendar topics and Interventions events Nationally and at Head Office to promote employee health initiatives
    • Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of nutrition, health and wellness interventions
    • Co-ordinate NHW service providers (ICAS, AFA, LOH, Discovery Medical Aid.) and Onsite services such as gym, crèche and canteens ensuring they meet 80% of KPI's, meeting monthly and actioning all agreed actions arising
    • Administration of EW Intranet and drive NHW messaging through Workplace
    • Co-ordinate and support wellness committees and champions according to their KPI's
    • Administration of EW budget and EW Intranet and Workplace
    • In conjunction with CCPA & SHE to coordinate Employee volunteering initiatives
    • Drive Safety Health and Environment at Head Office in conjunction with SHE Department
    • Drive and embed Global Programmes to ensure Line-Managers and employees trained on Healthy Lives, Know your Numbers & Stress and Resilience

    What Will Make You Successful

    • A 4 year post matric qualification
    • Over 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Background in Health, Dietetics, HR qualification, Health related qualification, Sports science (or good understanding of employee Health),
    • Ability to connect with the external stakeholders,
    • Ability to manage a large group of internal and external stakeholders (across all levels)
    • Execution focused
    • Good communication skills including Communication platform management
    • Project management skills
    • Innovation (new initiatives)
