    CRC Manager

    A day in the life of a Nespresso CRC Manager 

    • Develop and implement the Market CRC strategy, fostering a continuous improvement spirit and ensuring efficient, agile, and customer-oriented operations.
    • Deeply understand our customers and their specific needs and expectations, promoting a customer-centric culture within the organization.
    • Lead the CCS customer service topics and translate objectives and operational plans into programs and projects for the entire CRC department.
    • Collaborate with various departments to deliver a consistent customer experience, optimize sales focus, and enhance employee satisfaction.
    • Manage budgets, perform market benchmarks on customer service practices, and actively participate in the Global CRC community to exchange best practices and build a strong international network.
    • Ensure effective communication and alignment with all Nespresso Channels and collaborate with Outsourcing and Quality stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.
    • Drive the Nespresso culture internally and externally and facilitate omni-channel customer-facing knowledge management.
    • The CRC Manager will be responsible for implementing Nespresso's HR and people management principles, conducting target appraisals, and empowering team members to lead their own career development. They will also recognize and encourage talent development, reward knowledge sharing, and actively participate in the recruitment process. Addressing performance and behavior issues in a fair manner and ensuring team development and succession plans are in place are also key responsibilities of the role.

    What will make you successful?

    • Completed Matric and or Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (Business Management, Customer Service)
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center position with proven experience in Contact Center Management or a related role
    • Strong leadership and people management skills

    SHE Specialist

    A day in the life a SHE Specialist:

    • Implement, control, maintain and improve the Factory SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification.
    • Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Factory's SHE program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillar.
      Champion the Plant's SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as  ensuring a focus on Behavioral Based Safety and culture. 
    • Provide SHE advice, guidance and support to the site and monitor compliance with Company Policies and legislative requirements.
    • Assist in ensuring that the different technical safety functions (ammonia, boilers, etc.) are filled by competent specialists and ensure that the mandatory technical inspections have been run according to the legal and corporate specifications.
    • Conduct a comprehensive monthly SHE inspection of the entire premises and submit a written report of this inspection; and ensure continuous control of SHE issues by Organizing SHE self-audits.
    • Identify the SHE training needs for the site, develop a SHE Training Matrix and ensure that the training is completed. Organize continuous SHE education and training programs for management and employees.
    • Collect and report on the monthly and annual SHE statistics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

    What will make you successful?

    • Relevant SHE Qualification.
    • 3 to 5 years practical work experience in industrial SHE management in manufacturing environment.
    • SAMTRAC (Safety and Management Training Course) would be an advantage. 
    • Knowledge of effective approaches, systems & procedures in SHE management. 
    • Knowledge of Nestlé SHE Policies, systems and procedures an advantage. 
    • SAP Knowledge in Materials Handling, ideally a MH Superuser

    Team Leader

    A day in the life of a Team Leader:

    • Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene) Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift. 
    • Coach employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach.
    • Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    • Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety e.g., protective clothing (uniform), shoe change & hand wash.
    • Ensure continuous line Controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions.
    • Ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management.
    • Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
    • Ensure timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreed with the business unit.
    • Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration.

    What will make you successful?

    • Degree/Diploma in Food sciences, Chemistry or Chemical/Mechanical engineering.
    • 3 years or more experience in similar role.
    • Experience in FMCG will add as an advantage.
    • Demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment.
    • Demonstration of Leadership skills in positively confronting inappropriate behavior and using everyday coaching to ensure involvement of the workforce.
