    Associate Engineer

    About the role: 

    • Associate Engineers know the ins and outs of development. As an individual contributor, you are building a solid foundation at Nintex. You are focused on tasks assigned to you within your teams. You reliably deliver your work, typically with the support of other engineers. Furthermore, you will be collaborating with your team colleagues on a Hybrid working model to allow for further upskilling and interaction.
    • You deliver software artifacts and assist in designing practical solutions for product features and small-scope engineering challenges.     Associate Platform Engineer

    About the role: 

    • You pursue and demonstrate a sound and deepening knowledge of DevOps fundamentals, including infrastructure automation, configuration management, quality, and security. With the guidance of more experienced Engineers, you deploy infrastructure into multiple environments, using automation where applicable.  You are starting to actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of infrastructure, pipelines and other DevOps capabilities.     Automation Test Engineer

    About the role:

    • Automation Test Engineers focus on automation and work in parallel with their peers on larger test automation projects.     • You will be joining a team that is contributing to GenAI features on our product roadmap. There is a high learning opportunity to create AI features that scale across the development teams. This team is currently using Node.js on the backend, React on the frontend and Azure for our cloud infrastructure. For our automation, we are looking for people with experience in either Selenium or Playwright and a real interest in AI. The role is hybrid in Johannesburg.

    Your contribution will be:  

    • You create both end-to-end and integration tests independently. 
    • You independently create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure their smooth operation.
    • You write moderately complex code to mock-out services for supporting testing activities.

    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. 
    • Ability to write reusable and modular test scripts as part of the automation process. 
    • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, or other similar tools for running and managing automated tests.

    Engineering Manager

    About the role:

    • The Engineering Manager is responsible for the development and on-time delivery of all technical aspects of a Product (or part thereof), in accordance with the Product plan, which should meet or exceed Nintex’s quality standards.      
    • Engineering Managers work in partnership with Product Managers and are responsible for maintaining the product backlog, iteration planning, communicating stakeholder requests and managing the ongoing development of team members.

    Your contribution will be:  

    Engineering 

    • Ensure your team writes correct code (e.g. NodeJS, semantic HTML, pipeline YAML, etc.), following Nintex standards, guidance, and training materials.
    • Know the core concepts in the Service Reliability strategy and manage your team’s services to SLOs and SLIs.
    • Work closely with Product Management and User Experience Designers to define required product features and behavior in detail, sufficient to create the required design, resourcing, and development plans.
    • Monitor new code and designs to identify where test coverage needs adjustment. Make sure that the test requirements are met and integrated into pipelines appropriately.

    Manager, Technical Content

    About the role: 

    • A Technical Content Manager at Nintex is responsible for a regional Technical Content group and the production and delivery of Help content in a variety of formats for a diverse audience of Nintex customers, partners, and employees.  
    • This role includes direct contributions to content development, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to the global team’s Kanban process for efficient project tracking and completion. The Technical Content Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support project goals, provide guidance to writers, and ensure all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines. 
    • This is a hands-on role that requires strong collaboration with other regional Technical Content teams, globally distributed product teams, as well as a combination of strategy/tactical execution and the ability to collaborate and communicate up and down the organization.  
    • As part of Nintex R&D, this Technical Content Manager will also work with different departments and teams within and outside of Nintex R&D including: Customer Success, Support, Community, and various outside vendors. 

    Your contribution will be:  

    Build on and refine our technical content. This includes the following duties and deliverables: 

    • Develop, implement, and maintain technical content that increases users’ ability to understand our products and services, how to use them in a real-world scenario, or solve a problem (deflecting support cases).
    • Provide forums for and encourage product consumer feedback on technical content.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal technical content for R&D teams, including technical diagrams, incident run books, technical knowledge base content.
    • Hands on technical writing, editorial assistance, and guidance.
    • Manage localization processes.
    • Manage and maintain the global Kanban process and global standards within the regional group.
    • Working with stakeholders and the global Technical Content team providing input to style guides and guidelines for documentation.

    • 2-3 years in a management or team lead role, overseeing writers or content creators, preferably in a technical or software-related environment.
    • 7+ years in technical writing, content development, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of technical content, preferably for software products.

    Senior Customer Experience Manager

    About the role: 

    • The Senior Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for adoption, usage, and account growth for existing top annual recurring revenue (ARR) customers of Nintex. This role includes relationship development, exploring new Use Cases, evangelism, and partnering directly with Nintex Professional Services or Implementation Partners for enablement of Nintex products to existing customers, and to the specific top customers’ partners. Helping our top customers get the most out of their Nintex investments, assisting their partners in the process, and driving adoption, usage, account growth, and high renewal rates is the key charter for this role. 
    • Through relationship building and frequent communication, the Senior CEM will assist in improved product adoption, increased knowledge of Nintex license policies, and help to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction ensuring an outcome of timely renewals.  Customer interactions will be focused on the top accounts by vertical, size and annual run rate.
    • This position also serves as a highly collaborative conduit between customer success, support, product, and sales and requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously. Critical elements to success include being proactive, results-driven, tenacious, and possessing the proven ability to engage and influence all levels of customers from business teams to executive and senior management. Assure the customer is fully onboarded, engaged, and utilizing the solution in such a way that in 90-days post commencing, the customer will claim they have achieved at a minimum the first value hurdle they have set. 

    Your contribution will be:  

    • Establish a good understanding of the customer’s goals and other KPIs to provide advice on effective implementation, identifying roadblocks or risks, and providing assistance when necessary to ensure strong adoption and customer satisfaction.
    • Onboard follow ups and engagements with customers at the end of the pre-sales lifecycle; aligned closely with the regional sales teams in reinforcing customer retention, renewal, adoption and delivery goals.
    • Capture Use Cases and develop customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies and participation to Nintex events.
    • Proactively assist efforts of Sales and Professional Services teams with the growth and depth of strategic relationships within assigned customers.

    • 7+ years’ experience in systems application consulting or account management, either via a SaaS or internal IT organization, or externally with a consulting firm or a software provider.​
    • 3+ years’ Nintex Workflows or Nintex K2 experience (with some preferred customer/business-facing experience) will be a significant plus.​
    • 3+ years of Experience working in regional roles across GCC / MENA​

    Technical Specialist

    About the role: 

    • The Technical Specialist is responsible for assisting and mentoring customers in all aspects of upgrading a customer’s solution from legacy Nintex product. This individual is a technical workflow professional, providing customers with an upgrade assessment and then assisting customers through the upgrade process via a series of calls, screen share sessions, and hands-on assistance to make sure everything goes well all the way through testing and customer acceptance.
