• Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a diligent Forklift Driver with a high regard for detail to transport and load production material by prescribed procedures and principles while maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Despatch Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Completing daily check sheets on Forklift equipment
• Receiving, transporting and loading of production material to prescribed procedures and standards
• Reporting any faults on the forklift to the Supervisor
• Forklift certification per OHS standard            
• Ensuring a safe and accident-free environment
• Adherence to all safety regulations and work standards
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained

Educational Requirements    

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent 
• Valid Forklift driver's lisence 

Experience Requirements    

• 1 - 2 years experience within a warehouse environment 
• knowledge of RF scanners

Job Description    

• On the Dot supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd currently requires the services of an Accounts Clerk – Finance. We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as an Accounts Clerk – Finance (Subscriptions), reporting to a Management Accountant. The main purpose of the role is to perform routine clerical and financial administrative tasks to ensure sound and accurate financial procedures with specific attention to subscription activities for On the Dot.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Process and load debit order and credit card transactions.
• Ensure that all deposits, receipts and proof of payments received are allocated and processed to the correct account.
• Process debit order and credit card returns.
• Receive and handle queries, deferrals and rejections.
• Update and communicate monitoring (error) list.
• Update and communicate rejections analysis.
• Maintain the age analysis and write-off schedules.
• Perform additional ad hoc administrative duties, as required within the department.
• May be required to stand in for team members as required

Educational Requirements    

• Grade 12

Experience Requirements    

• At least 2 -3 years’ experience in the corporate finance environment
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
• General knowledge of accounting
