    National Technical Manager.Properties.OMSA

    •  Plans, coordinates & controls all technical & facilities management activities on behalf of CPM & its clients.
    • Provides professional / technical input on all new developments.
    • Elects & appoints technical service providers.
    • Oversees the design and compliance standards of preventative planned. maintenance, as well as any new projects to ensure seamless integration into operational activities on site.
