The role will be based & reportingto the Klerksdorp Area Manager . You will be accountable for an existing Academy team.The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team’s profitability bymanaging results, resources and risks within the framework of the business planfor the area.

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Recruitmentand selection of academy advisers.
• Coachingand development of academy advisers.
• Managingthe existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business,financing, administration and client care etc.)
• Buildingand sustaining a productive team.

Thesuccessful Applicant Should Substantially Meet The Following Requirements

Theminimum requirements for a supervisory role in the financial services industryare stipulated by the FAIS Act:

• Previousexperience as a Sales Manager could be beneficial.
• CurrentSales Managers need a good track record in recruitment and development of theirteams.
• Preferably24 month’s service as a Financial Advisor.
• Must adhereto minimum performance standards – APS.
• Beaccredited on all products that PFA distributes.
• Have strongadministrative capabilities.
• Should becomfortable in applying the sales process.
• Should havea good working knowledge of X Plan.
