    Facilities Officer - Welkom

    THE JOB AT A GLANCE

    As a Facilities Officer you will ensure the effective, efficient, and cost-effective supply of the available stationery and office consumables to staff and departments and to assist the Facilities Manager and the communications centre with other daily operations. 

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Facilities Management  

    • Carry out standard facilities management tasks for clear asks.

    Inventory   

    • Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records following established inventory control procedures.

    Customer Service   

    • Provide basic customer service support, such as data input, filing or photocopying. May also exchange basic information with customers by having courteous interactions with them.

    Health, Safety and Environment   

    • Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.

    Administration  

    • Conduct basic data entry into company systems and file information using agreed procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

    Operational Compliance   

    • Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.

    • Grade 12

    Investment & Treasury Accountant - Parktown

    Description

    • Reporting to the Head of Financial & Regulatory Reporting, the Investment & Treasury Accountant will be responsible for the financial accounting function for RMA group relating to Investments & Treasury
    • Provides others with a clear direction; motivates and empowers others; recruits staff of a high caliber; provides staff with development opportunities and coaching; sets appropriate standards of behavior.

    • Ensure that investment Income, Expenses, Assets and Liabilities are reported in terms of IFRS
    • Ensure management accounts are prepared in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements
    • Responsible for the accounting function for the investments
    • Prepare Investment financial accounts for EXCO so as to support the financial decision-making process
    • Make necessary improvements on all Reporting ensuring EXCO/Board Sub-Committees are fully informed
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets.
    • Assist with the review of invoices
    • Responsible for the analysis of investment returns.
    • Assist with fund allocation splits for tax.
    • Cashflow preparation & analysis.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years in a accounting role focusing on investments & treasury.
    • NQF Level 8: Honors degree in Financial management, Investment or Accounting. CIMA, CA or CFA preferable.
    • Knowledge of investment management, cash & bank, liquidity & solvency business policies & general accounting standards.
    • Background knowledge of financial sector and life insurance industry
    • Above average IT skills.
    • Knowledge of investment, bond & capital markets.

    Key Accounts Manager - Park town

    THE JOB AT A GLANCE

    As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing partnerships, operational delivery, relationship management, sales management as well as optimizing business opportunities in the strategic partnerships division.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Revenue generation Non-COID (New Business)

    • Sell Non-COID and other RMA products through self-generated sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling
    • Follow up on leads in respect of sales opportunities
    • Manage business intelligence and business generated leads in a professional and timely manner

    Customer Service and Relationship Management

    • Make Lead analysis initiatives and service improvement reviews across the business

    Building channels and finding partners

    • Build strong relationships with existing customers and new business prospects from initial call strategy gaining their trust and respect
    • Attend prospect premises to undertake surveys and progress sale

    Compliance and Reporting

    • Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales
    • Mitigate controllable Risks through Quality, due diligence and disclosures

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?

    • NQF 6 National Diploma in an FSB recognised qualification
    • CFP is Advantageous
    • RE 5 (Representatives) non-negotiable and RE 1 (Key Individual) advantageous
    • FAIS accredited
    • At least 5 years proven sales experience at senior level
    • Ability to interact at a C suite level
    • Knowledge of business policies, processes and procedures, legal compliance
    • Highly developed, demonstrated Sales Skills
    • Proven track record of sales experience in a Business to Business employee benefit product environment
    • Appropriate experience in a customer facing environment
    • Experienced in identifying potential client’s teams about potential markets
