    HR Business Partner

    You will be strategically partnering with the business and creating alignment between the HR and business strategy to ensure optimal engagement and performance through people. Additional responsibilities include facilitating the implementation and continuous compliance with HR practices and processes.
    What you’ll be doing?

    • Understanding business strategy with a significant understanding of how the business operates and how it generates value
    • Playing an influencing role to create understanding of impact between HR and business strategies through strong partnerships and stakeholder management with the business and the HR subject matter experts
    • Providing a HR consulting service on HR practice and process to the business through the facilitation of Organisational Design interventions
    • Developing and facilitating timeous and appropriate organisational and leadership development interventions
    • Managing transformation and change through ensuring capacity for change through a structured change management process
    • Aligning the business to talent and succession management practices and objectives
    • Facilitating positive employee relations and the development of high performing teams
    • Actively working towards improving employee engagement
    • Understanding the Employee Life Cycle and ensuring best practice is implemented (Recruitment, Staff Development, Staff Moves, Exit Interviews)
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and labour regulations
    • Keeping abreast with developments in employment legislation, advise Managers and employees proactively on legal aspects and act as a confidant on a range of professional matters as required
    • Supporting HR subject matter experts in initiatives and the execution of the HR calendar of events

    • HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 – 8 years HR experience in a generalist capacity

    Programme Manager

    To ensure the successful co-ordination and delivery of Projects within assigned Programmes. Reporting to the Head of the Project Office, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers working within the Programmes.
    What you’ll be doing?

    • Coordinating and delivering multiple Projects within assigned Programmes
    • Building strong relationships with key Programme sponsors and business owners and assisting with planning and prioritisation of upcoming demands
    • Acting as the bridge between the business and the IT delivery teams
    • Understanding strategic objectives, business cases and key success criteria for all initiatives within each assigned Programme
    • Participating in pre-Project discussions to help shape and define initiatives
    • Managing capacity and resource allocation for supporting delivery
    • Monitoring delivery of all Projects within each assigned Programme ensuring that quality delivery is achieved through application of best practices across knowledge areas: scope, cost, time, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement and Stakeholder management
    • Ensuring compliance to governance processes for all Projects within assigned Programmes
    • Ensuring effective communication and change management for initiatives within assigned Programmes
    • Acting as escalation point for all Project related queries within assigned Programmes
    • Reviewing weekly Project reporting updates and tracking key KPI’s for each assigned Programme
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Project Management and Governance processes
    • Building knowledge of RCS products and business processes and systems
    • Representing the Project Office at Management forums and Project meetings
    • Managing, mentoring and developing the team for optimal performance, engagement and succession

    What you’ll need?

    • Relevant and applicable Bachelors’ Degree or higher with a Project Management Certification
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large complex projects simultaneously
    • Broad knowledge of business and financial products
    • Knowledge and thorough understanding of best practice project management methodologies
    • A practical understanding of the system development lifecycle and product life cycle, database and system design
    • Understanding of ICT functional areas such as development, infrastructure and service management
    • People management experience
    • Financial Services and/or Retail experience
    • Business Analysis Diploma or exposure – advantageous

    Experience within an Agile environment – advantageous
