Description

• Maintenance of road and storm water infrastructure including repairing of trenches and potholes, replacing missing manhole covers, unblocking of storm water drainage systems, repairs to guardrails and roadside fencing, grading / regravelling of gravel roads and tar roads.
• Cleaning and rehabilitation of the storm water system and culverts.
• Operate yellow fleet and conduct any other operational tasks as required.
• Work with contractors on site for service delivery related to repairs/maintenance.
• Assist in maintenance the construction of vehicle access to the properties.
• Complete and maintain all related paperwork including communication with key Facilities Management staff .
• Ensure that all stock and equipment required for quality service is available for use and is kept safe.
• Liaise with clients where required. Escalate client queries appropriately.
• Adhere to high standards of ethical behaviour and communicate instances of unethical behaviour through the appropriate channels .

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience as a multi skilled Yellow Fleet operator
• Valid Driver’s License
• Yellow Equipment Operator certificates/licences for multiple plant machinery

Description

• Assist the Drone Pilot with the planning, preparation, and execution of drone operations in accordance with approved flight plans and operational procedures
• Monitor weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and environmental factors that may impact flight safety, and report any concerns to the Drone Pilot
• Conduct thorough Pre-flight, in-flight (where applicable), and post-flight inspections of the drone, payload, batteries, sensors, and related equipment to ensure airworthiness and functionality. 
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance under supervision.
• Ensure proper storage, safekeeping, and transportation of drone equipment and accessories.
• Immediately report any technical malfunctions, safety hazards, incidents, or near-misses to the Drone Pilot and/or relevant supervisor
• Assist in crowd control and perimeter management during operations where necessary

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) and Remote Pilot licence. Any other Aviation qualifications will be advantageous.
• Clear criminal Record
• Drivers licence  will be advantageous
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, report writing).

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and all other maintenance needs with all RBN properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and across RBN .
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report completed tasks.

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Relevant Trade Test Certificate (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or related trade) .
• 2–5 years’ experience in building maintenance or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical panels, generators, lighting systems, and control systems across RBN
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, circuits, and electrical components.

Requirements

• Trade Test Certificate as an Electrician (Red Seal preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance (industrial or commercial environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance.

• Supervise daily operations of water  distribution, sewer reticulation, and sanitation systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of water pipelines, pumps, valves, reservoirs, and sewer networks.

• 3–5 years’ experience in water and sanitation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and sanitation systems.

Description

• Operate sewer vacuum tanker (honey sucker) to remove sewage, sludge, and waste from sewer lines, septic tanks, and pump stations.
• Drive and maneuver heavy-duty sewer truck safely to various sites.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Assist with clearing sewer blockages and emergency spill responses.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Valid Code C or EC drivers licence and PrDP
• Minimum 2 years experience operating sewer vacuum trucks
