• The Facilities Manager leads the full facilities operation, including preventative maintenance and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators and fire safety), security, pool and grounds issues, while managing a maintenance team. Description:

• The Handyman ensures a smooth and consistent resolution to maintenance issues logged during a shift and via verbal instructions.
