Qualifications:

• 1 + year experience in a call center environment
• Matric or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous call center experience is a requirement
• Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Description

• We’re on the hunt for energetic Brand Activation Agents! 
• Are you passionate about engaging with people and bringing brands to life? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to meet you! 
• As a Brand Activation Agent, you will be responsible for creating memorable brand experiences, engaging directly with consumers, and driving product awareness and sales at various activation sites such as malls, events, and high-traffic locations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and high-energy manner 
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate consumers on key benefits 
• Create memorable interactions that enhance brand awareness and loyalty 
• Collect and report on customer feedback and engagement metrics 
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activation events 

What We’re Looking For 

• Matric / NQF 4 equivalent 
• Previous experience in promotions, brand activations, retail sales, or customer engagement 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers proactively 
• Strong sales ability and comfort working with targets 
• High levels of energy and the ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public events 
• Own, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - a must
• Persal experience advantageous
