    Regional Manager: KINTO SMME Fleet Sales

    A vacancy exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Durban. This position will focus on KINTO SMME fleet sales and related business development.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Establish and increase the dealer fleet market share within the region.
    • Support dealers to develop a clearly defined process to effectively maximise full-service leasing to fleet SMME customers.
    • Manage forecasts, targets, and dealer stock pipeline.
    • Build and retain relationships with fleet customers.
    • Drive adoption of digital tools to provide a value offering.
    • Cross functional collaboration with strategic teams to provide alignment across the fleet strategy and ensure implementation.

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) BCom /related 
    • Experience / exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environment (min 2-5 years) 
    • PC Literacy (MS Office package - advanced, SAP, e-Toyota) 
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Verbal and written)

    Assistant Manager Kinto Admin

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

    The purpose of this role is to assist Kinto division with administrative duties and provide support to the current business team.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Administration and processing of Kinto exception reports (credit declines / dealer queries and communicating to the relevant sales managers)
    • Perform secretarial functions to the Kinto Executive team
    • Responsible for divisional administrative functions
    • Departmental leave control
    • Create purchase orders against cost estimates
    • Monitor expenses
    • Record keeping for easy reference including NATIS documents
    • Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings
    • Administration of monthly reports

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF Level 5 (240 credits on level 8 framework) relevant qualification
    • Relevant admin experience
    • Problem solving mind-set
    • Experience in dealing with customers
    • PC literacy (MS Office – intermediate to advanced level)
    • Proficient in SAP
    • ET1 and Miles system knowledge will be an advantage

    • Human Resources or Industrial Psychology – BTech/Bcom
