    CSI Manager

    Key performance areas

    This role entails managing CSI and M&E projects for corporate clients and other funders. It includes three broad areas:

    • Business development: meeting with prospective clients, devising methodologies, drafting proposals and responding to tenders, presenting to potential clients, and all activities necessary to secure work.
    • Project management: project planning and tracking, managing and mentoring teams of consultants and contractors, regular team meetings, all client liaison, and ensuring project administration including contracting, filing, and invoicing is done.
    • Quality management: providing supporting to consultants, directing and reviewing analysis and other outputs, and overseeing all client deliverables.

    Qualifications and experience

    The ideal candidate will be a graduate with more than seven years of experience in consulting, including technical knowledge of CSI and M&E. Applicants must have:

    • Graduate qualifications from university, preferably with a post-graduate qualification
    • A strong interest in the role of business in society and social development
    • Minimum seven years experience in corporate consulting, with at least three years experience in CSI / M&E and at least three years experience in managing projects
    • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience
    • Ability to collate large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into detailed and concise reports and summaries
    • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Thought Leadership Manager

    Specific responsibilities include:

    Content management

    • Stay abreast of industry trends as well as the themes and topics covered by local and global peer organisations
    • Lead the content development – themes, topics, experts, speakers, authors – for the Trialogue knowledge-sharing platforms (conference, handbook, webinars, knowledge hub), in consultation with colleagues, clients, and experts
    • Liaise with clients and sponsors on content and how to drive their brand messaging and thought leadership, together with the client relationship manager
    • Support product development and alignment across the Trialogue thought leadership platforms, working with the digital content manager
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing thought leadership products or introduce new thought leadership offerings.

    Project and team management

    • Manage the successful delivery of the various knowledge-sharing platforms (particularly the conference, handbook, and webinars), including developing and managing budgets, timelines, responsibilities, milestones, team meetings
    • Provide support to the production manager, writers, and editors
    • Identify and manage service providers, including designers and facilitators, as needed.

    Marketing and communication

    • Develop organisational marketing and communication strategy and annual communication calendar
    • Oversee implementation of strategy and execution of communication calendar
    • Manage organisational marketing trade exchanges
    • Establish and manage relationships with PR agencies and identify opportunities for public profiling of Trialogue’s thought leadership and knowledge-sharing

    Applicants must have:

    • A graduate qualification
    • A good understanding of the role of business in society and social development and a deep curiosity about the drivers and trends of responsible business
    • At least five years’ experience in the responsible business sector
    • At least three years of experience in project management
    • Experience in business development and marketing and communications is preferable
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    Production Coordinator

    The production coordinator works across thought leadership platforms, supporting the thought leadership manager to ensure that the content on these knowledge-sharing platforms is delivered seamlessly. Specific responsibilities include:

    Event coordination (conference, webinar and other Trialogue events)

    • ­Source and manage suppliers including identifying potential suppliers, briefing them, reviewing proposals and managing selected suppliers to deliver on time and to a high standard. Trialogue event suppliers include venues, designers, printers, technology platform providers, AV companies, film and photography, conference suppliers (registration, exhibition, health and safety, décor etc), promotional item and gift suppliers, logistics and delivery etc.
    • ­Create and manage the webinars on Zoom
    • ­Manage speaker logistics (speaker bios and photographs, travel, accommodation, diaries, pre-meetings and test runs, platform links, pre-recordings, speaker gifts)
    • Manage AV team and other suppliers during events
    • ­Manage event surveys (on Qualtrics or event platform)
    • ­Contribute to event close out reports and write ups

    Publication coordination (conference, webinar and other Trialogue events)

    • ­Source and manage suppliers including identifying potential suppliers, briefing them, reviewing proposals and managing selected suppliers to deliver on time and to a high standard. Trialogue publication suppliers include designers, printers, logistics and delivery, research companies, writers, digital media etc.
    • ­Provide specs for sponsor and advertiser agreements
    • ­Liaise with sponsors and advertisers to ensure material is received on time and to spec
    • ­Oversee the updating of the distribution database

    Marketing and communication

    • ­Maintain Trialogue database and lists on Everlytic, with support from the operations team
    • ­Provide artwork from designers for emailers and social media
    • ­Schedule and send Trialogue mailers and newsletter
    • ­Book and send artwork to media houses and trade partners for marketing purposes
    • ­Ensure that Trialogue website is updated with event and publication updates (registrations, launches, write ups)

    Applicants must have:

    • A graduate qualification
    • An interest in the role of business in society and CSI
    • At least five years’ experience in event and/or publication and/or digital production
    • Experience in marketing and communications preferable
    • Knowledge of design tools and creating forms in Adobe a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
