    X2 F&I Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and conclude all finance and insurance processes for new and used vehicle sales
    • Structure and present finance and insurance options to clients in line with compliance standards
    • Open, manage, and ensure timely closure of all deal files
    • Liaise with financial institutions to secure vehicle finance approvals
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies
    • Maximise profitability through the sale of value-added products (e.g., warranties, insurance, service plans)
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and internal sales teams
    • Monitor and manage deal progress to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
    • Provide after-sales support related to finance and insurance queries

    Minimum Requirements

    • 5–10 years’ experience as an F&I Manager within a motor dealership environment
    • Relevant F&I certification (FAIS compliant, RE accreditation preferred)
    • Proven track record in concluding new and used vehicle finance deals
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
    • Experience working with major banks and financial institutions
    • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Available to start immediately

    BI Analyst – JHB

    REQUIREMENTS:

    2 – 3 years working experience with SQL Server databases and query language;

    • Building relational database
    • Writing stored procedures

    1-2 year SQL Server Reporting Services; and

    • Developing report templates
    • Rolling out same for user access

    1-2 year experience in building reporting models with visual analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.).

    • Experience in the Customer Services industry would be advantageous.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This role is responsible for being the point of contact between the company and the Broker / Insurer through networking and building effective relationships. The role will be responsible to maintain and grow a strong client base with brokers, insurers, and related stakeholders to ensure continuous development of new business and retention of current business.

    IT Infrastructure Superintendent

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the infrastructure andoperations domain, including hybrid environments (cloud & on-prem).
    • Ensure the infrastructure designs are aligned with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
    • Ensure that IT service delivery is aligned with ITSM best practices, ie end-to-end IT service delivery including
    • Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfilment processes are executed.
    • Execute the modernization and automation & AI strategies including high availability, DR/BCP, and zero trust security.
    • Monitor service delivery SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for proactive service management.
    • Conduct regular service reviews with business stakeholders and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and/or Service Delivery Management roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. A postgrad degree will be advantageous.
    • TIL v3/v4 Certification (Foundation or higher).
    • Agile project management certification will be a distinct advantage.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and Zero Trust architecture.
    • Proven experience and deep understanding of managing complex hybrid infrastructure (Cloud/on-prem), service desks
    • Strong experience with ITSM platforms, endpoint compliance controls and infrastructure monitoring tools.
    • Experience in managing vendors, contracts, SLAs/OLAs, and performance metrics.

    Sales Representative (Exports) – Johannesburg

    Key Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
    • Effective lead generation through cold calling and utilising the leads funnel;
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction;

    Skills, Competencies and Job Requirements

    • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • SAP Business one Experience.
    • Solid track record in CRM practices along with ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
    • Highly motivated and target driven
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Must be innovative and have initiative
    • Must be highly professional
    • Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 50% of the time.
    • Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Sales and Business Administrator Diploma or applicable Degree would be advantageous
    • Qualification and experience in any of the Standard NDT Disciplines. (A level 1, 2 or 3 certifications in MT, PT, RT, ET, Ultrasonic Testing or PA)
