    Commercial Policy & Pricing

    Introduction

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyses pricing performance along margin impact, potential incremental volume, consumer facing going price and competition pricing level
    • Implements global pricing strategy for his/her geographical scope
    • Acts as a business partner to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvement
    • Challenges and monitors trade investment performance within Commercial Policy and strategic fit
    • Creates analytics and uses these analytics for driving commercial decisions
    • Enables market promotion investments in compliance with global and market guidance
    • Ensures full implementation of Commercial Policy and in compliance with local regulations
    • Builds pricing capabilities through trainings, mentoring and coaching to ensure capability level

    Experience / Qualification

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

    • Bachelors degree in relevant fields, preferably Master degree level in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance
    • Having Chartered Accountant certificate is a big plus
    • Prior and/or current experience in FMCG and/or consumer electronics is a plus
    • Knowledge in value extraction, channel strategy, digital sales & pricing and promotion effectiveness
    • Understands finance and financial principles
    • Advanced in Excel usage
    • Experienced working with SAP
    • Fluent in English
    • Data driven and very analytical
    • Evidence of successful stakeholder management

    Key Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Creates value jointly between DA and retailers/D2C-platforms for an exciting consumer decision journey.
    •  Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP)
    •  Negotiates win/win contract as foundation of robust JBP in compliance with Commercial Policy
    •  Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth
    •  Develops the brand equity for loyal DA shopper with optimal ROI of trade terms & retail advertising
    •  Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability
    •  Turns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions 
    •  Delivers on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store-shares 
    •  Manages additional projects while maintaining current book of business, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis as needed
    •  Assists internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business

    Qualification

    • University Degree in Marketing, Business or Sales
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or key account management
    • Knowledge in sales strategy & digital sales, D2C, Digital sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, portfolio segmentation
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Good command of MS office
