    CRG Location Planner

    Job description
    Online channel focus:

    • Volume Control: The monitoring, uploading and highlighting of any opportunities within the Online Parameter tool
    • Ensuring that events are planned on-time and sufficient stock is allocated to the Online facility
    • Size analysis and adjustments for Online channel to ensure optimisation of trade.
    • Delivering an enhanced online shopping experience by ensuring a focus on product availability and a curated product offer.
    • Weekly store visit on the Website and App to ensure everything is correct and highlight and concerns
    • Close collaboration with the Online team on an ongoing basis to understand any operational needs and requirements from the online team.
    • Actioning of RTV’s/IBT’s and Stock Flushes as needed within the agreed timelines.

    Other:

    • Update Oracle Properties system to produce payments for:- Rentals, Electricity, Municipal Utilities and Rates, etc.,

    Job description
    Develop and Execute Channel Plan

    • Develop cross plan per centralised grading parameters in line with critical path. 
    • Ensure exceptions are executed as agreed with Central Planning. 
    • Ensure New Stores are stocked to plan – in line with Location brief and critical path.
    • Conduct Post seasonal analysis with regards to size, store and product performance and identify exceptions to inform grading exceptions (move to data analysis).

    Technical Product Developer - Womenswear

    Job description
    Contribute to Product Concept / Product Range workshops / conversations and drive alignment between product aesthetics and technical requirements from idea to product developed. ​

    • Actively participate as member of the “Quad” during seasonal plan workshops to define the Formula​.
    • Actively participate as member of the “Quad” during Range Build and In-Season Trade / Trend Update workshops to define Woolworths design requirements​.
