    HRBP - Mirren

    Job Purpose

    • Lead and drive key strategic HR initiatives in Mirren towards achievement of organisational goals by partnering with key business leaders and work towards building the organization capabilities. 
    • Align business objectives at Mirren and serve as a people advisor on Human Resource related issues; act as a change agent and employee champion and partner by collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve and deliver the strategic goals. 
    • Manage employee relations & statutory compliance to eliminate business risks arising out of employee issues or non-compliance to ensure harmonious employee relations 

    Key Accountabilities

    • Partner with Mirren Leadership by aligning and executing with respect to people objectives to deliver effectively on the business objectives. 
    • Improve overall people effectiveness of the business by implementing the right HR policies and processes in order to improve productivity and efficiency  
    • Attract, manage and develop the right Talent within the organisation by deploying the necessary tools and processes to build high performance culture  
    • Implement the Performance management and salary review process for the employees in order to track the employee progress and facilitate the reward process 
    • Emphasise and propagate the organisation values through various employee engagement initiatives to create an employee-oriented cultur
    • Execute effective ER + IR strategy & framework to maintain harmonious industrial relations 

    Education Qualification and Work Experience
    Educational qualifications:  

    • Degree in Organisational Psychology 
    • Degree / Diploma in HRM / an equivalent business degree.   
    • An MBA or a degree in Labour Relations is an advantage  

    Relevant experience:  

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business partner role covering all processes of HR and ability to interact with senior leadership team preferably in a manufacturing set-up.

    Desktop Support - 12 Months FTC

    Job Purpose

    • Installation, maintenance of end-user computing environments including desktops, laptops and IT peripherals and to provide 1st line IT support, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
    • Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors etc. to provide technical support.
    • Any other duties as assigned by management.

    Key Accountabilities

    Computer Systems Administration

    • Understand the IT Manager’s goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary
    • Take responsibility for special projects.
    • Exercise independent judgement and discretion to ensure optimal work and information flow
    • Assist in Quickly resolve any problems that arise with the computer networks and programs
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Mobile Device Management

    • Assist with managing and administering of all mobile devices (Tablets) Regionally.
    • Assist technical support locally and remote support Regionally.
    • Assist installing, updating and manage all apps on the devices
    • Assist encrypting the devices with  for company security.
    • Assist installing all 3rd party apps for work related products.
    • Assist troubleshoot faulty devices, re-installing devices.
    • Assist handling all the support on the Mobile Networks, faulty sim cards, data depletion and soft lock of lines.

    Other 

    • Assisting Users in Boardrooms.
    • Assisting Keeping a detailed Asset register for all IT equipment and Tablet devices, including all 3G cards that’s give with the tablet devices.
    • Assisting Maintain multimedia and phones in boardrooms.
    • Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution
    • Have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes.
    • Ensure SLA’s are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first time-fix

    Events Coordinator

    Job Purpose

    • Plan, Coordinate & execute all allocated corporate or other event functions from inception to final execution, including travel, aligned with one Cipla standard & requirements for both internal & externally hosted events to ensure seamless execution of events.  Closely manage budget allocations and reconciliations after the event.

    Education Qualification

    • Relevant Degree Certificate or Diploma in hospitality industry / Events Management

    Relevant Work Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar events role covering all areas of the function
    • Travel experience advisable
    • Coordinate Project Management skills / experience
    • Strong Administrative skills
    • Strong relationship building abilities
    • Attention to detail

    • Ability to identify subtle inter relationships
    • Ability to make decisions under pressure
