Responsibilities
Drive the strategic launch, business development, and revenue growth for the entire Ford Pro portfolio in South Africa.
Lead outbound prospecting efforts to generate new leads and opportunities across all Ford Pro pillars.
Act as a key liaison and collaborator with the Marketing team, providing market insights, supporting campaign development, and leveraging marketing/promotional activities to drive lead generation and market awareness.
Foster strategic partnerships are crucial for delivering integrated Ford Pro solutions
Develop and execute strategies leveraging partnerships and integrated solutions, collaborating with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultative engagement and pipeline management to contracting, onboarding, and post-sales customer relationship management, including identifying upselling opportunities.
Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with Ford dealerships, commercial customers (all sizes), and strategic partners.
Collaborate effectively with internal Ford Pro teams (local and regional teams including Marketing, Product, Service, Finance) to align strategies, provide market insights, and influence solution development.
Present and demonstrate Ford Pro solutions (online and in-person), often participating in events, webinars, or customer engagements supported by Marketing.
Support dealer and internal training efforts on Ford Pro solutions and value selling, utilizing marketing collateral and messaging developed by the Marketing team.
Manage customer and Ford Pro Convertor contracting, onboarding and reporting processes.
Support/lead key customer account reviews.
Represent Ford Pro at industry events, working in conjunction with the Marketing team on presence and activities.
Accountable and responsible to provide effective and credible advice, to the Ford Manufacturing team on labour relations processes and procedures
Ensure the sound and effective practical and consistent implementation of labour relations interventions across the Silverton operation
Building and maintaining of constructive relationships between union and Manufacturing supervision and management
Advise and consult upon and facilitate & implement IR structures & procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function
Ensure the successful and consistent management, implementation and application of disciplinary and grievance procedures and policies
Implement and maintain a comprehensive IR administration system
Maintain and update all labour related policies and procedures, ensuring the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures by advising and monitoring management and staff
Undertake comprehensive preparation for and representation of the company at the CCMA and remain conversant with all CCMA rules and processes.
Develop and conduct Industrial Relations related training to Ford Manufacturing management, supervision and team leaders
Facilitate the implementation of weekly meetings between management and organized labour
Facilitate the implementation of regular engagements between HR Business Partners and organized labour
Facilitate and maintain a sound working relationship with unions and union officials
Monitor, review, and suggest interventions to optimize collective agreements
Consult and advise management and employees with regard to labour legislation, policies and procedures
Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and submit relevant reports
Support and maintain sound work relationships between employees, union and employer bodies.

Qualifications
Degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources or LLB degree
Preference will be accorded to candidates with a LLB degree
5 > years demonstrated application of the required skills and related experience in a manufacturing environment
A strong background in Labour Relations is essential in a highly Unionized environment
Demonstrated experience and successful track record in representing employer at CCMA or Bargaining Council
