    Customer Security Manager - MEA

    Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Act as single point of contact from Nokia towards defined customers in all security and data privacy topics.
    • Negotiate security clauses in supply-contracts and statements of work (SoW) for services projects with customers.
    • Accountability of all contractual security matters towards your scope of customers.
    • Perform gap and  impact analysis for regulatory and  contractual requirements for compliance with security and privacy requirements 
    • Security feedback and escalation on meeting the commitments made. 
    • Support delivery of the customer security solution as part of Customer and Delivery Teams.
    • Responsibility of personnel security and safeguarding information and assets during the customer project.
    • Supporting role with regards to customer security solution and requirements from pre-sales to delivery and CARE phase.
    • Supporting role in developing security sales plans for target accounts, including identification of potential sales opportunities.
    • Contribute to Cloud Security Design and compliance aspects for deploying telco services in Private, hybrid and public cloud-based solutions
    • Drive cyber security policy compliance in public cloud deployments(AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
    • Co-ordinate (a) reporting of high-profile vulnerabilities to customers, (b) assessment of customer provided security/pen test results with R&D, and (c) negotiation of expert severity, dispositions and mitigation plans with customers
    • Oversee compliance with customer contract software escrow requirements including reporting to customer, managing product list changes and driving resolution of issues
    • Handle customer queries, questionnaires related to security and privacy.
    • Evaluate customer requests for audits and assessments and co-ordinate the necessary activities in Nokia.
    • Participate to customer security community within Nokia and contribute to global and local mode of operations development and share best practices.

    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Required Qualifications: Education, Technical Skills/ Knowledge

    • Knowledgeable and expertise of the latest trends pertaining to security in general and cyber security specifically.
    • Subject matter expert in security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC) and the latest trends.
    • Experience in or ability to relate to various security standards, frameworks and regulatory requirements 
    • Familiarity with DevOps know-how building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment, build and test automation technologies like ansible, docker, jenkins, etc.
    • Expertise in vulnerability management and CVSS framework.
    • Working knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools such as Anchore, Qualys and Tenable.
    • Working knowledge of customer remote access and customer data security and privacy solutions
    • Working knowledge of deploying telco cloud security solutions including 5G deployment and challenges related to access control and data privacy
    • Understanding of industry standards and frameworks (e.g. 3GPP, NESAS) and related solutions is an advantage
    • Security certification (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CCSP) is an advantage. 
    • Project management certification (e.g. PMI) is an advantage 
    • Experience in translating security needs to business/ solution requirements and management of those requirements
    • Customer-oriented way of working and experience of customer service
    • Excellent oral presentation skills including the ability to simplify complex matters
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Creative and problem-solving mind-set
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Strong security skills (5-10 years of experience)
    • Ability to collaborate across Business Groups/ Unit boundaries

    Practice Lead- Public Safety

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities – Lead Public Safety   

    • Identify and lead early engagement on all MEA opportunities in public safety networks by being the ‘chief storyteller’ and technical authority for the vertical  
    • Collaborate and drive global and regional teams to build network evolution plans for legacy public safety network in MEA. 
    • Monitor and leverage the competitive landscape, enabling a use-case driven solution selling approach with Enterprise TSM, CT’s. 
    • Work in close collaboration with regional and global technology and SI partners on creating early engagement  
    • Develops, maintains and drives growth strategies and plans for assigned verticals, using market know-how & dynamics, competitive assessment, and Nokia portfolio understanding. 
    • Analyze emerging needs around public safety infrastructure, such as communication networks, surveillance, and predictive analytics for crime prevention 
    • Develop relationships with public safety and government agencies, emergency services, law enforcement, and government bodies to understand their needs and challenges. 
    • Establish partnerships with technology providers and GTM partners specializing in public safety, such as emergency communication platforms, data security firms, and predictive analytics providers 
    • Acts as a senior subject matter expert, typically at the regional level, in many organizational units the most senior internal expert who serves as best practice/quality resource and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organizational unit. 
    • Uses value-based argumentation and business cases addressing customer business challenges and develops innovative solutions that help to sustain competitive advantage. 
    • Shapes and support offerings for multi-products, services, or end-to-end solutions.  
    • Direct interface and engagement with customers, partners, and account and pre-sales teams.  
    • Leads cross-functional teams to drive successful customer engagements and solution adaptation 
    • Build on Nokia’s unique portfolio value and expand through broader corporate initiatives such as ESG to drive measurable and sustainable outcomes.  
    • Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment. 

    Knowledge & Experience 

    • Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective. Typically requires 7-10 years of extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree. 
    • Extensive knowledge of the Public sector and public safety industry in the Middle East and Africa region; able to understand the technology transformation and use cases required to innovate and disrupt. 
    • At least 10 years of experience in a consultative, solution-oriented, selling or business development role within public safety or adjacent industries.
    • Ideally, a background in technology, management consultancy, or direct industry expertise within the public safety domain. 
    • Familiarity and understanding around private networks and infrastructure services is required. 
    • Ability to hunt, steer and close on relationships at a C-level across assigned customer, partners and territories.

    Data Privacy & Audit Program Coordinator

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

    • Program Management fro Nokia South Africa ISO Certification including but limited to ISO 9k, 14k, 27k and 45k.
    • Plan audit effort with all BGs and function present in South Africa
    • Maintain data base of action to be implement pre and post-audit
    • Main point of contact with Internal centre of competence for ISO certifications
    • Organise and plan all external meeting with all need stakeholder
    • Stay up to date, evaluate and propose further potential certification for Nokia South Africa based on customer requirements
    • Support in building Nokia South Africa ESG local activities
    • Support Sales teams for RfX phases for questions related to Nokia South Africa Certifications
    • Maintain and make available the certificates of Nokia South Africa

    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Qualifications:

    • Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations. Training will be provided to the successful candidate
    • Understand the different ISO certification of Nokia South Africa (9k, 17k, 24k, 45k). Training will be provided to the successful candidate
    • Experience in data privacy management
    • Experience in Program Management and Reporting
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Relevant certifications: Certifications like CIPP, CIPM, or similar are highly desirable.
