    IT Manager - Johannesburg

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BCOM: Bachelor of commerce (Essential), specialisations in Management or Information Technology (advantageous)
    • ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library certifications (advantageous)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Liaison with stakeholders to resolve high priority system faults and develop resolution procedures.
    • Problem solving relating to mission critical systems.
    • Manage Network administrator on impact of conditions that reduce the availability or performance of the network infrastructure.
    • Enable users to have remote access to business-critical information and resources – ensuring continued security of application and data infrastructure.
    • Maintain optimal operation of business infrastructure.
    • Minimize down time of critical systems, reroute to secondary systems until primary is online.

    Essential Skills Requirements:

    • Experience in SAP Supply Chain Logistics as a functional IT consultant (process design, customizing and specifications for enhancements and new processes) in one or more of the following functional areas:
    • SAP EWM S/4 decentral warehouse experience
