• Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers, and Chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes.
• Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, and around chemical stations.
• Clean bromination and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
• Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary
• Check if they are enough testing reagents onsite.
• Capture data/ concerns from operators Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations
• Oversee receiving of stock Submit the daily utility report to Account Manager/Technician before shift ends
• Operator tasks are complete and up to standard.
• All relevant info from meetings filtered up to Brewing AM

• Compile CIP and ClO2 reports for their relative KPI’s
