    Advisor - Risk management

    The Role

    • Coordinate risk engineering programs and risk initiatives,
    • Accompany various parties to site visits as part of the various risk surveying programs,
    • Review and provide insights on loss calculations and risk recommendations,
    • Review trends and identify risk patters within the group,
    • Prepare summaries for group feedback,
    • Data capturing and administration,
    • Work closely with all stakeholders,
    • Prepare and deliver presentations,
    • Identify, testing and implementation of software tools.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management or Consulting,
    • Background in insurance underwriting and surveying,
    • Understanding of additional risk classes such as Cyber and Commercial Crime (beneficial),
    • Knowledge of the insurance industry (beneficial),
    • Knowledge of ISO systems and their implementation,
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite

    Compensation Survey Consultant

    The Role

    • Work directly with clients to resolve data queries in a timely manner, Ensure client’s understanding of survey content and methodology.
    • Ensure data integrity and timeliness of surveys/reports through the efficient usage of data management tools/procedures and the application of established analytical and quality processes
    • Help raise client awareness of products and services and identify sales opportunities 
    • Assists the Rewards Data Intelligence Leader and your local colleagues in the sales process through analytical support
    • Support the day-to-day relationship of large accounts under the guidance of the Account Manager
    • Assist the RDI Leader and your local colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and engagement from pre-sales through post-sales
    • Support preparation of client-facing meetings and presentations
    • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent,
    • Proven experience in a sales-related role, with a strong understanding of revenue generation and achieving sales targets,
    • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll etc.); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data. Experience in two or more of these areas would be considered an advantage,
    • Fluent in English,
    • Computer literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
