• You will be working as Business Manager and will be part of Motion business area for Service division.
• In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Manager and will be responsible for commercial (sales and marketing) activities and operational accountabilities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing and business management.
• Salesforce & SAP knowledge
• Background in electrical engineering Industry with a proven track record.

Qualification:

• Matric certificate – with math's (minimum standard grade or above)
• Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality.

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience at an Intermediate level
• Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)
• Proven English literacy.
• Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating system. General product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
• Personal or educational travel experience advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in English.

• This would include being responsible for the identification and monitoring of key underwriting risk metrics, management of probable maximum loss studies, data management and analysis to allow for business decision making and, undertaking research to develop intelligence regarding critical and emerging underwriting risks.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (focus on risk management preferable)

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• The Technical Underwriter will perform technical underwriting tasks and participate in the implementation of underwriting terms and conditions for policy holders and implementation of rules and regulations for our distribution channel.

Qualifications:

• Higher Certificate in Short-term Insurance
• RE 5
• Advantageous Tertiary qualification (BCom degree or similar)

Experience:

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in short term Insurance - commercial underwriting or portfolio management
