    Sales Representative: New Vehicles

    Purpose:
    The purpose if this role is to grow, manage and retain new and current customers to meet the required sales volumes, that contribute to the overall company growth and to deliver superior customer service.

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • To ensure that the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the allocated, approved targeted market.
    • To penetrate the vehicle market in a well-organized, trained and professional manner.
    • To identify new and maintain current customers, to maximize Sale.
    • To ensure benchmark customer satisfaction and standards of the Dealer and Manufacturer are are maintained.
    • Achieve and exceed targeted sales units and first gross profit.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric Grade 12 essential.
    • Tertiary qualification (Desirable).
    • Valid Driver’s license.
    • VWSA – Preferably  VW Sales certification will be an advantage.
    • Premium brand Vehicle Sales - > 1.5 years.
    • Proven track record of an average CSI rating above national.

    Manager: Service

    Main Purpose:                              

    Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will manage the service department. Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index. Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service department by ensuring workshop operating procedures and practices are adhered to. Maintain and improve Environmental, Health and Safety standards.

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    •   Exceed all targets and labour sale objectives through efficient workshop operations.
    •  Ensure efficient equipment control, assets control and fluent administration processes.

    •  Recognised Motor Trade plus N6 or Technical Diploma.

    •  Industry related qualification (or working towards).
    •  OEM Service Manager Qualification will be an advantage.
    •  Min 10 years’ experience in automotive industry as Service Manager.
    •  Higher Certificate and / or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate with NQF Level

    Dealer Principal - Zambezi

    Main purpose.

    To formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans related to the dealership, ensuring practice integration and operational implementation through the achievement of maximum efficiency and profitability of the dealership and the set objectives.

    Specific Role Responsibilities
    Generic outputs.

    • To develop strategies to drive dealership revenue, profitability and market share in the relevant area.
    • Develop and implement people capacity plans in line with delivery, performance objectives and budget, in partnership with specialised areas across the value-chain.
    • To achieve and exceed financial targets as per agreed budget. 
    • Optimally manage and control the cross-functional areas in the dealer.
    • To formulate and implement Dealership practices in compliance with legal requirements, MOTUS guidelines.

    Position Overview

    Purpose 

    • To pick, pack and deliver parts daily to relevant areas, in compliance with agreed standard operating procedures.
    • Meet laid-down quality standards regarding packaging, labeling, and outer appearance.

    Position Overview

    • The purpose of the role is to optimise sales opportunities with maximum profitability and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring sales objectives and targets are met.
