    Business Information Security Officer - JHB

    Job Purpose

    The BISO must support the business cluster in the implementation and execution of the cyber resilience risk management framework that includes implementation of cyber risk assessments, strategy, cyber security programme, policies, standards, reporting of all cluster-specific cyber security programme elements and regulatory matters as it relates to cyber security.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drive compliance to cybersecurity policies and standards on cluster infrastructure. 
    • Primary interface between the cluster and CISO office. 
    • Represent business as a cybersecurity representative on the CyRC. 
    • Ensure alignment and implementation of CRRMF in clusters. 
    • Assisting with driving and implementation of the top cyber focus areas within clusters where relevant

    NDCRS Agent - Durban

    Job Purpose

    • To collect on arrear accounts with regards to defaults on monthly instalments to reduce risk and provisions, in line with Nedbank business strategy.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recover funds on overdrawn accounts by collecting excess and balances on overdrawn accounts through contacting the client via telephone, emails, or sms.
    • Make a repayment arrangement with a client telephonically that is in line with the Collections procedures.
    • Contact clients telephonically using predefined collections scripts to recover arrears and rehabilitate the client through contacting the client via telephone.
    • Set criteria with regards to the number of accounts that need to be worked on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that commitments towards arrears are made and keep to arrangements and normal instalments.
    • Rehabilitate delinquent accounts and reduce bad debt (risk).

    • Instruct the branches to remove blocks and holds on savings accounts.
    • Instruct the branches to effect reversal of honouring fees and unpaid charges as well as erroneous charges and fees on client's accounts.

    Job Purpose

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver banking solutions that meet client needs through understanding of client's business and needs through relationship management.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of risk parameters by managing client relationships according to credit principles
    • Improve results by tracking and analysing financial reports against agreed measures.  
    • Understand clients business and needs through proactive client relationship management according to portfolio mandate.
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders through communication and networking as determined by client needs.
