The Trade team supports all trade applications across the Africa continent, for local and international trade, with a range of trade and working capital solutions.
We offer trade products that will help our clients to manage risks, negotiate terms, and reduce pressure on cash flow to enable our clients to trade confidently and efficiently.
Our trade solutions are inclusive of both customer-facing systems as well as back-end operational systems.

Skills and experience required:
Degree in information sciences or equivalent tertiary qualifications in the information systems disciplines.
5+ years system support experience with the ability to:
Conduct technical impact assessments for planned changes or following any production incident.
Provide production support by resolving any production outages and implementing permanent resolutions for technical defects identified during production outages.
Monitor and conduct consistent Start of Day / End of Day checks to ensure that systems are fully operational for business to function.
Manage a User Access process to ensure all necessary access requests are completed and authorized according to Audit requirements.
Demonstrate an inclination to ensure all systems are running cost-effectively.
Conduct system deployments, coordinate the deployment, ensure relevant support is available, obtain UAT signoff from business and raise change requests.
Collaborative team player that can demonstrate and focus on the quality of delivery / communication and product
Experience working in a similar corporate environment would highly advantageous

This role is suited to a candidate with a B-degree in Law or LLB, Admitted attorney or Advocate with 5 years or more relevant experience as an in-house legal counsel in a financial institution, other corporate, in a reputable law firm or at the Bar.
