    Scrum Master

    Key Purpose

    • Is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team that does anything possible to help the team perform at their highest level
    • Help form a self-managed team that is motivated, predictable, transparent and consistently delivers quality work and continually inspects and adapts in order to improve and maximize throughput whilst upholding the Agile values, principles and practices

    Senior Business Analyst

    Key Purpose

    • As a Product Manager for Global Product, you will be responsible for enabling our global product strategy.     Finance Manager

    Key Purpose

    • To effectively lead a team of people who are responsible for all financial reporting as well as actioning processes, procedures and financial controls within the business. To run with all month end & year end reporting of Discovery Insure as well as ensuring that all regulatory returns are submitted timeously. To further ensure effective financial controls are implemented across the business i.e. budgets, financial reporting and cost control.

    Actuarial Analyst

    Key Purpose

    • A wide-ranging role supporting the Head of Actuarial and Vitality Network (VN) executives with commercial and new business opportunity sizing, and successful implementation and management of Vitality core and integrated products in various international markets.
    • The role will span new business development and commercial support and analysis; actuarial consulting, product development and pricing support for international partner markets; and central product and model development as we take Vitality forward through personalisation and learning models.

    • Analysis and research for identifying new growth opportunities for VN across the globe, including both existing markets and new territories.
