    Receptionist (JHB)

    Description

    • Welcome and assist all visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner;
    • Operate the switchboard by efficiently receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments;
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area that reflects the company’s image and service standards;
    • Coordinate outgoing deliveries and courier collections to ensure efficient communication flow;

    Product Owner (Onsite) (JHB)

    Description

    • Manage day-to-day delivery of a specific digital product stream.
    • Manage the groomed backlog and sprint cycles of the individual digital products.
    • Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring designs and user stories are well-defined and prioritised.
    • Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements, through designs and user stories for the development team.

    Major Module Specialist (JHB)

    Description

    • Review records of major modules at induction and redelivery;
    • Plan for movements of major modules across the fleet;
    • Ensure compliance to contractual obligations and airworthiness requirements;
    • Stay abreast of developing ADS and SBS relating to major modules;
    • Maintain all administrative data throughout the contractual periods on major modules;
    • Monitor if specific contractual terms and conditions relating to engine and airframe leases are met during the lease term to reduce risk at redelivery;
    • Monitor if various MRO/AMO/CAMO functions are correctly applied to the specifics of the lease;
    • Ensure that operational limitations outlined in the lease are clearly highlighted and communicated to the Operations department;
    • Prepare shop visit work scopes;
    • Coordinate and monitor shop visits for major modules to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards;

    Flight Operations Assistant (JHB)

    Description

    • Prepare and distribute an Operational Flight Plan for each FlySafair flight;
    • Ensure ATS Flight Plans are filed;
    • Support flight planning through route selection, alternate selection, fuel planning, NOTAMs, weather, MEL/CDL and operational constraints;
    • Active CTOT and ATFM monitoring and coordination;
    • Monitor and respond through OCC Communication channels;
    • Maintain continuous awareness of the status of all aircraft and flights during the shift;

    Manager: Regional Airport Operations (JHB)

    Description

    • Manage and authorise purchases and invoices for Passenger Services, Crew and Technical;
    • Manage costs in respect of delays and missed connections;
    • Motivate for any additional contracts relating to purchasing;

    Network Planning Coordinator (JHB)

    Description

    • Support collaboration across departments to craft schedules that optimize cost efficiency, maximize aircraft and crew utilization, and enhance On-Time Performance (OTP);
    • Assist with management of the Schedule, Crew and Aircraft Utilization;
    • Execute additions and changes as instructed;
    • Collaborate with the Yield Department to ensure optimal flight frequency and timing on each route, aligning with demand and maximizing operational efficiency;

    Senior Training Specialist (JHB)

    Description

    • Oversee day-to-day training operations across Cabin, Ground, and Technical divisions, ensuring all sessions are scheduled, resourced, and delivered according to the training plan;
