International travel may be required.

Job purpose: Develop and nurture partnerships with various industry role-players and stakeholders, nationally and internationally. Take overall responsibility for the strategic expansion of hearX into new (and existing markets), account management of newly established partnerships and distribution streams.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential): Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, WEIGHTS AND OBJECTIVES
Strategy (20%):
Understand the current roadmap and details of our product suite.
Research and keep abreast of current and future technology trends, key players and emerging businesses primarily within the fast moving and evolving hearing solutions, hearing aid and audiological technology industries.
Present new ideas for partner growth opportunities to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Compile business development strategies for local and international markets.
Business Development (40%):
Drive business development by, among other things, establishing clients/partners to be contacted and pursued in terms of potential business partnerships.
Identify new opportunities and markets for both new and existing products and product lines.
Ensure efficient implementation of business development processes, strategies and opportunities.
Ensure cohesion with Marketing and communication strategy to ensure efficient collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
Provide input and insights on the marketing strategies and direction, in light of business development opportunities.
Create and present various pitches in order to drive business development and stakeholder involvement.
Relationship Management (20%):
Identify and establish strategic relationships with potential partners such as technology companies, developers, research labs, accelerators, incubators, etc.
Identify new opportunities to grow established partnerships and unlock additional value to us and the end customer.
Manage and maintain partner relationships, both National and international, ensuring ample business development opportunities are created from such relationships.
Documentation and Record Keeping (20%):
Develop proposals and documentation aligned with requirements.
Set up indicators to track business development (revenue, growth, opportunities etc).
Report on partnerships to top management on a regular basis.
Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, budgets and results; reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections to ensure optimal outcomes
Job Purpose: Business Intelligence refers to data-driven decision making with the help of aggregation, analysis and visualization of data to strategize and manage business processes and policies. The BI Analyst is expected to perform this function in hearX, across our marketing departments in the B2C division and to assist business in the interpretation of such data to guide marketing strategy and process optimization, ultimately increasing company profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):
Relevant Information Technology degree or diploma
BEng Industrial Engineering
Minimum education (desirable): Certification in BI or BI tools
Minimum applicable experience (years):
1-4 years
If less than 2 years experience, title will include the word “Junior”
Required nature of experience:
Two (2) + years of proven experience in data analytics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience maintaining, administrating business reports using BI tools like:
Excel
QlikSense
BigQuery
Power BI
Tableau
Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills and root-cause analysis ability
Experience in the medical tech field would be beneficial
In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL automation and optimization
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Skills and Knowledge (essential):
Proven experience as an analyst (BI, MI or RTA)
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Knowledge in technology such as Power BI, MEAN Stack, QlikView/QlikSense or Tableau.
Ability to interpret code and support applications, reports and processes.
Other:
Experience with Pardot or Salesforce will be advantageous
Experience with BI in digital marketing and consumer industries will be advantageous
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, WEIGHTS AND OBJECTIVES
Business Intelligence (45%):
Update and maintain reports and dashboards
Analyse and translate business needs to technical specifications for BI solutions.
Reporting and maintenance of collection (ETL), storage and display of data.
Create visualizations and reports to monitor data.
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
Effectively use a suite of projects and products, all within different stages of development and implementation.
Continuous Improvement and Development (20%):
Troubleshoot data fields and dashboards to ensure accuracy of information and interpretations being provided.
Ensure scheduled updating of business intelligence tools, dashboards and databases.
Identify issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
Interpretation and Strategy Advisory (10%):
Advise on risk analysis and mitigation using the output from the BI tools implemented.
Manage tasks and priorities within product suite.
Communication and Documentation (15%):
Maintain policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
Communicate proactively, effectively and efficiently with stakeholders
Maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals.
Compile relevant records as is necessary for compliance to ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, CE, FDA (and other) standards and requirements as is applicable to assigned products and systems.
Efficient and effective reporting on prioritisation and tasks to Line Manager.
Efficient and effective reporting on performance of BI products and systems.
Take personal ownership for projects and work quality as well as contributing to team development and the hearX ecosystem as a whole.
System Administration (10%):
Create and maintain workflows in Pardot.
Manage the system setup and access on the Pardot side.

Job purpose: Real-time financial support for the Hearing Hub, in addition to collecting outstanding amounts for Lexie Hearing clients

Debtors liaison (50%):
Follow debtors collection process.
Optimise debtors collection process.
Ensure proper and clear correspondence with customers including via phone, email and text.
Ensure proper record is kept of all communication with debtors on relevant platforms.
Ensure Salesforce / XERO is updated with debtors process.
Ensure customer contact details in Salesforce / XERO are correct after confirming details with the customer.
Update and maintain customer contact details in Salesforce / XERO.
Manage handover of Debtors to lawyers / debt collection agency.
Collect all the necessary documentation for handover to lawyers / debt collection agency.
Compile weekly feedback of debtors outstanding and communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
Meet all relevant debtors deadlines.
Plan and structure daily work to meet deadlines efficiently.
Debtors administration (30%):
Process new invoices.
Issue invoices accurately and timeously.
All credit notes issued accurately and timeously.
Send invoices and statements.
Do corrections on account allocation.
Conduct reconciliations of all debtors.
Ensure customer payment allocations are correct.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to increase debt collection.
Stripe administration (10%):
Process new manual payments on Stripe.
Manage disputes process with Stripe.
Manage trial periods or customer profiles on Stripe as required.
Maintaining records of the above on relevant platforms
Payments administration (10%):
Create invoices on Xero for manual payments, replacements or switchovers from subscription to once off.
Manage the recordkeeping process for such payments.

Our website and client-site web apps are built using Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, Javascript/Typescript and CSS. We are split into teams, each with a specific product focus. Each team will include a Business Analyst, Back-end- and Front-End Engineers, Android and/or iOS Developers, and/or Web Developers, each who bring a unique perspective.
