    Job purpose: Develop and nurture partnerships with various industry role-players and stakeholders, nationally and internationally. Take overall responsibility for the strategic expansion of hearX into new (and existing markets), account management of newly established partnerships and distribution streams.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Strategy (20%): 

    • Understand the current roadmap and details of our product suite.

    • Research and keep abreast of current and future technology trends, key players and emerging businesses primarily within the fast moving and evolving hearing solutions, hearing aid and audiological technology  industries.

    • Present new ideas for partner growth opportunities to the CEO and other stakeholders.

    Business Development (40%): 

    • Drive business development by, among other things, establishing clients/partners to be contacted and pursued in terms of potential business partnerships.

    • Identify new opportunities and markets for both new and existing products and product lines.

    • Ensure efficient implementation of business development processes, strategies and opportunities.

    • Ensure cohesion with Marketing and communication strategy to ensure efficient collaboration between sales and marketing teams. 

    • Provide input and insights on the marketing strategies and direction, in light of business development opportunities. 

    • Create and present various pitches in order to drive business development and stakeholder involvement.


    Relationship Management (20%): 

    • Identify and establish strategic relationships with potential partners such as technology companies, developers, research labs, accelerators, incubators, etc.

    • Identify new opportunities to grow established partnerships and unlock additional value to us and the end customer.

    • Manage and maintain partner relationships, both National and international, ensuring ample business development opportunities are created from such relationships.


    Documentation and Record Keeping (20%): 

    • Develop proposals and documentation aligned with requirements.

    Business Intelligence Analyst

    Job Purpose: Business Intelligence refers to data-driven decision making with the help of aggregation, analysis and visualization of data to strategize and manage business processes and policies. The BI Analyst is expected to perform this function in hearX, across our marketing departments in the B2C division and to assist business in the interpretation of such data to guide marketing strategy and process optimization, ultimately increasing company profitability.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum education (essential): 

    Relevant Information Technology degree or diploma

    BEng Industrial Engineering

    Minimum education (desirable): Certification in BI or BI tools

    Minimum applicable experience (years): 

    1-4 years

    If less than 2 years experience, title will include the word “Junior”

    Required nature of experience:

    • Two (2) + years of proven experience in data analytics

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas)

    • Experience maintaining, administrating business reports using BI tools like:

      • Excel

      • QlikSense

      • BigQuery

      • Power BI

      • Tableau

    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills and root-cause analysis ability

    • Experience in the medical tech field would be beneficial

    • In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL automation and optimization

    Skills and Knowledge (essential):

    • Proven experience as an analyst (BI, MI or RTA)

    Job Description

    Position title: Debtors Administrator

    Department: Finance & Hearing Hub

    Job purpose: Real-time financial support for the Hearing Hub, in addition to collecting outstanding amounts for Lexie Hearing clients

    REQUIREMENTS 

    Minimum education (essential): National Senior Certificate

    Minimum education (desirable): Bookkeeping Diploma

    Minimum applicable experience (years): 6 years

    Required nature of experience: 

    • Debtors collection

    • Follow debtors collection process.

    To utilise various web based development languages to build responsive and adaptive UI for internal and public facing web applications. 


    Our website and client-site web apps are built using Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, Javascript/Typescript and CSS. We are split into teams, each with a specific product focus. Each team will include a Business Analyst, Back-end- and Front-End Engineers, Android and/or iOS Developers, and/or Web Developers, each who bring a unique perspective.

    POSITION

    Hearing Expert

    Job purpose:

    • Hearing Expert’s will provide high quality counselling and remote care to a hearing care programme being provisioned to service the market in the United States. They will ensure that clients understand the effects of hearing loss, and counsel them through the options available to them in terms of hearing care. Once a client of the Hearing Aid company, the client will be assisted remotely via video and voice calls, with the Hearing Expert troubleshooting issues with hearing aids remotely, and making suggested changes and tweaks to the settings and functioning of the hearing aids for the client. 

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum education (essential):

    • B. Communication Pathology in Audiology
    • Minimum education (desirable):
    • M. Communication Pathology in Audiology

    Minimum applicable experience (years):

    • 2 - 5 years 

    Required nature of experience:

    • Sale and fitment of hearing aids
