    Professional Nurse - SICU

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Must be able to practice within your scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
    • Must have experience in nursing a ventilated patient.
    • Must be competent with the Hospitals Policies and Regulations.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Diploma in medical and surgical nursing science/equivalent or related to will be an added advantage.
    • Working experience as a recovery nurse will be an added advantage.
    • Must be able to practice within your scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
    • Must be competent with the Hospital's Policies and Regulations.
    • Must have experience in handling drugs and scheduling is a legal requirement.

    Enrolled Nurse- Theatre(Ribumed Ballito)

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Practice within your scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
    • To update and maintain quality records within the statutory required retention period through proper identification, filing, storage maintenance and disposition of these records.
    • Ensure a safe and efficient induction and maintenance of anaesthesia throughout the peri-operative phase.
    • To ensure and maintain accurate billings of drugs and consumable items used in theatre.

    • Registered qualification as an enrolled nurse is essential.
    • Must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse.
    • At least two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse working in a theatre environment is essential.
    • Must be prepared to work long hours and flexibility is required.
    • Computer literate.

    Ward Clerk - Isipingo Hospital

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • To inspect and ensure all charges are correct on the patients File.            
    • Auditing and billing of patient documents at ward level.
    • Stock and equipment control in the ward.
    • Preparation of departmental statistics.
    • Provide administrative service to ward staff.
    • Liaise with patients on all aspects of administration matters.

    HR Manager -Ribumed Ballito/Glenwood/Ascot Park Hospital/Citimed Ambulance

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Partner with management to support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
    • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programmes.
    • Provide HR guidance to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programmes.
    • Ensure HR compliance with labour legislation and company policies, in line with requirements of the Department of Employment and Labour.
    • Oversee HR processes including payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory reporting.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • Relevant Degree or HR Qualification
    • Minimum of 5 years HR experience
    • 2 Year's Experience working on the Sage People Payroll system.
    • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge.
    • Must be able to work under pressure, independently and unsupervised.
    • Own vehicle is essential as incumbent will be required to travel between subsidiaries.
    • Manage accuracy and integrity of data.

    Group Patient Services Manager

    KEY PERFORMANACE AREA

    • Develop and implement a Group-wide Patient Services and Revenue Cycle strategy aligned with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
    • Optimise the end-to-end revenue cycle, including pre-admissions, authorisations, case management, billing, and collections, to improve cash flow, reduce debtor days, and enhance collection rates.
    • Design and standardise a seamless patient administrative journey, improving communication with patients regarding funding, co-payments, and billing transparency.
    • Identify and implement digital innovations and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within patient services.
    • Ensure compliance with medical scheme regulations, POPIA, healthcare funding rules, and internal governance and audit requirements.
    • Implement controls and monitoring mechanisms to reduce revenue leakage and improve billing accuracy.
    • Establish and monitor Group performance indicators, including debtor days, authorisation turnaround times, collection ratios, and patient satisfaction scores.
    • Oversee and standardise admissions, case management and debtors processes across all facilities to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical schemes, managed care organisations, clinicians, and hospital management teams.
    • Provide leadership and development to patient services teams, fostering a high-performance, patient-centric culture aligned with organisational goals.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

    • Matric
    • Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification
    • Alternatively, a Diploma with 8–10 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of medical schemes and healthcare funding processes.
    • Strong expertise in revenue cycle management, including admissions, authorisations, case management, billing, and collections.
    • Experience in case management and overseeing patient care coordination.
    • Proficiency with hospital billing systems and related healthcare IT platforms.
