    Forklift Driver-1

    • We are looking for a Forklift Driver to ensure that materials received from suppliers are checked and received in good order. To physically receive, mark and move materials from receiving into storage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain good safety, housekeeping, storage and housekeeping standards in the Inbound Logistics area.
    • Ensure that all materials are off loaded/loaded in a safe manner, according to procedure for offloading and loading
    • Assist receiving controller in checking and labelling of all incoming materials
    • Ensure that all Finishing materials are promptly transferred to the Finishing Materials warehouse
    • Assist with the offloading and stacking of Fiber in the Fiber Yard, daily stock counts and issuing to the TMs
    • Assist with the offloading and storage Chemicals
    • Assist Logistics Coordinator with monthly and annual stock counts
    • Collecting and checking of NCR materials from shop floor
    • Ensuring the correct NCR materials are returned to suppliers
    • Complete documentation for NCR materials and returnable pallets
    • Check and record all materials and verify documentation when received and delivered by suppliers
    • Complete Quality checklist for materials delivered
    • You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.     Capability Intern

    • We are looking for Capability Intern will support the HR Learning & Development function through structured learning, workplace exposure, and hands‑on capability-building activities. The role is designed to provide foundational experience in organisational development, capability management, training coordination, and HR administrative processes within a world‑class manufacturing environment.
    • The programme develops the skills necessary to contribute effectively to L&D, employee capability enhancement, and HR operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training Coordination

    • Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions (online and in-person).
    • Track attendance and monitor completion of training programs.
    • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new courses and participant progress.
    • Manage and coordinate all training needs (planned and ad hoc).
    • Arrange transport for KC employees attending training when required.

    Capability Framework Management

    • Maintain and update capability matrices for all departments.
    • Ensure alignment of capability requirements with business objectives.
    • Support managers in identifying skill gaps and creating development plans.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Generate weekly and monthly training reports for leadership.
    • Maintain accurate records of certifications and compliance training.
    • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
    • Ensure system compliance and upload skills development data in KC systems.
    • Maintain and update physical filing systems and employee files with all documentation.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    Communicate training schedules and capability updates to employees.

    • Liaise with external training providers for specialized programs.
    • Support HR and department heads with capability-related queries.
    • Work closely with Heads of Departments regarding team development plans.
    • Work closely with KC contractors regarding their training requirements.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Review feedback from training sessions and recommend improvements.
    • Research new learning technologies and methods.

    Additional Key Contributions

    • Successfully managed the Employee Bursary Program (2025) and Dependent Bursary Program (2025).
    • Currently coordinating the Career Expo for 2026  at  Epping Plant
    • Supported internal and external audits and compliance checks.
    • Assisted with New KC employee onboarding.
    • Managed budgeting and spending for training initiatives.
    • Raised Purchase Orders (POs) on Coupa and worked closely with all onsite KC contractors regarding training requirements.
    • Ensured legal statutory licenses of employees are up to date and renewed before expiry.
    • Assisted the Plant Admin team with plant events and ensuring smooth operations.
    • Handled day-to-day administration of Training and Development and assisted employees with queries.
    • Provided support to other sites (Entsra and Bryanston) when needed.
    • Updated and developed compliance training (internal and external).

    A Diploma or Degree in:

    • Human Resources Management
    • Industrial Psychology

    • Basic knowledge of HR processes
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    Production Operator L1

    • We are looking for a Bale Production Operator to operate production equipment in accordance with the required safety, housekeeping, quality and production standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Safety:

    •  Comply with all environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations at all times. (e.g 1 critical safety rules and three obligations)

    Quality:

    •  Check for visual defects and measure basic parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards
    •  Make adjustments to the machine on instruction from the Quality Associate
    •  Report problems outside of incumbent scope to Team Leader

    Housekeeping:

    •  Maintain world class levels of housekeeping according to the 5’s housekeeping standards
    •  Report all damages or defective equipment as and when damage occurs

    Productivity:

    •  Communicate with outgoing counterpart (hand over)
    •  Prepare and load raw materials and packaging as required on the machine
    •  Run the machine, monitor and make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality, waste and productivity standards
    •  Report any major deviations or defects to Team Leader
    •  Participate in changing operations supplies (consumables)
    •  Provide assistance to Team Leader as instructed
