    Creative & Digital Marketing Manager

    • A highly creative, strategic, and driven Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our marketing, multimedia, graphic design, digital content, and brand initiatives.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creative and marketing team, driving brand consistency, overseeing digital marketing strategies, coordinating product launches, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality visual and multimedia assets across all platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, commercial thinking, project coordination, and analytical ability within a fast-paced product distribution environment.

    Knowledge & Abilities:

      Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the marketing team, including the Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
    • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including websites, eCommerce platforms, SEO, social media, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Manage and optimise website performance, user engagement, analytics, and conversion rates.
    • Coordinate product launches, packaging design, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
    • Create, update, and maintain product catalogues, technical data sheets, and related visual content.
    • Oversee multimedia content creation, including graphic design, animations, motion graphics, VFX, photography, videography, and still imagery.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all branches, platforms, catalogues, websites, and marketing material.
    • Coordinate, assign, and monitor creative workflows and project timelines through Monday.com.
    • Manage advertising campaigns and coordinate with external agencies, developers, printers, photographers, and suppliers.
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare marketing reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
    • Organise and execute trade shows, promotional events, supplier launches, and marketing activations.
    • Oversee product photography standards, lifestyle imagery, and content accuracy across all platforms.
    • Conduct performance management, training, and ongoing development of marketing team members.
    • Identify skills gaps and coordinate internal and external upskilling initiatives.
    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.

    Boxes to tick:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field is advantageous.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a product-based, distribution, electrical, or lighting environment.
    • Experience with digital marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
    • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, graphic design, multimedia, motion graphics, and creative campaign work.

    Office Administrator

    We are looking for:

    • An eager, well-organised Administrator who will be responsible for supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across administrative and stock control functions.

    Knowledge and abilities:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication skills (Verbal and Written).
    • Time management skills

    Responsibilities:

    Back Orders & Reporting

    • Monitor back orders and assist with stock control.
    • Maintain accurate reporting and data records.
    • Communicate with customers regarding order updates and follow-ups.
    • Process sales orders and ensure system accuracy on K8.
    • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

    Inter-Branch Coordination

    • Manage inter-company stock transfers.
    • Coordinate next-day ICT requirements.
    • Oversee bulk supply top-up stock coordination.
    • Assist with stock discrepancies, issues, and adjustments.

    POD & Documentation Control

    • Scan, upload, and verify all PODs on the WMS.
    • Maintain and update POD registers.
    • Send PODs and credit notes to clients upon request.

    Reception & Administration

    • Relief reception duties and general office administration.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic).

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
    • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
    • Experience in stock capturing and credit note processing is advantageous.

    Stock Handler

    We are looking for:

    • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Handler who takes pride in maintaining order, accuracy, and efficiency in stock handling and storage. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to work in a physically demanding environment, and committed to supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations. You will need to be a team player who can follow procedures, communicate effectively, and ensure that stock is managed with care and precision.

    Knowledge and abilities:

    • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, and inventory procedures.
    • Understanding of stock rotation principles (e.g., FIFO).
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Ability to operate manual handling equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.).
    • Attention to detail when sorting, checking, and relocating stock.
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and offload stock from incoming shipments and containers.
    • Sort stock for storage as per warehouse sections.
    • Transfer stock to the correct bin location and shelf, ensuring proper categorisation.
    • Move bulk stock to mezzanine storage as required.
    • Return misplaced or wrongly pulled stock to the correct locations.
    • Responsible for all bulk transfers between inter-warehouses and branches by loading and offloading company stock as per SOP.
    • Loading and offloading of stock needed for day-to-day operations.
    • Clean, organise, and replenish shelves to maintain neat stock displays.
    • Add barcode stickers to shelves and products as required.
    • Maintain and organise mezzanine storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and order.
    • Rotating stock to prevent expiry or obsolescence. (e.g., FIFO: First In, First Out)
    • Assist with sectional stock-taking activities and cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory counts.
    • Assist Pickers in locating missing or misplaced stock to ensure order fulfilment.
    • Report discrepancies to the Stock Controller, Administrator or Supervisor.
    • Isolating and inspecting damaged or defective products.
    • Reporting issues to the Stock Controller, Administrator or Supervisor for further action.
    • Load courier trucks and assist drivers in preparing vehicles for delivery.
    • Responding to queries about stock availability and location.
    • Supplying stock to different departments as needed.
    • Assist with picking and packing when needed.

    Boxes to tick:

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous warehouse or stockroom experience (advantageous but not essential).
    • Forklift license (advantageous but not compulsory).
    • Physically fit with stamina for lifting and moving stock.
