    Marketing Coordinator

    Description

    We are looking for a junior-mid Marketing Coordinator to help us build our brand as the tech recruitment firm of choice and market us to fast-growing companies in need of Tech Talent.

    Briefly

    You’ll be responsible for managing marketing programs that build our pipelines to acquire new customers as well as support & excite our existing customers and candidates.

    Your role will be content-weighted, merging both strong writing and design capabilities in order to execute on deliverables like a social media calendar, blog and while maintaining a consistent brand narrative for Move.

    You’ll need an eye for quality and attention to detail, along with an ability to grasp and present our value proposition to our target audiences.

    As part of the Marketing team, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing.
     

    More specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute digital marketing projects.

    • Helping to create and execute the organic and paid social media marketing strategy.

    • Developing new blogs and other digital content and ways to distribute it through both media and owned channels.

    • Identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

    • Designing digital assets for social media, newsletters, the Move blog, and website.

    • Developing material for the Sales and Talent teams to help them win at every stage of the funnel.

    • Organizing all marketing assets in existence, and as new assets are generated, in a way that is easily accessible.

    Who you are:

    • 2+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    • You are energized by being exceptionally creative and organized. You love coming up with ideas and making them happen.

    • An experienced copywriter with a track record of success and the proof to show for it.

    • Proficient in design (Canva is our preferred tool).

    • Can use CRMs like HubSpot and WordPress.

    • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for bringing a story to life across channels.

    • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing projects with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

    • Ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and bring clarity to opportunities.

    • Excellent communicator (both verbally & written).

    • Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring the success of campaigns through the funnel.

    • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales.

    • Nice to have, but not required: you love tech and recruitment.

    Junior Copywriter

    Description

    We are looking for a Junior Copywriter who will work closely with our Marketing team to write blog posts, social content and advertisements to position and promote Move. Junior Copywriter responsibilities include conducting SEO and keyword research, updating product descriptions and writing promotional text for banners and online ads. If you have a flair for words, copywriting samples and a professional or academic background in Marketing, we’d like to meet you.

    The Junior Copywriter’s responsibilities will include writing and proofreading blog posts, creating promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures, sales decks, customer onboarding decks, emails, and social networks, and conducting basic SEO and keyword research.

    Ultimately, you will help boost our brand awareness and funnel of clients through creating engaging online content.

    As part of the Marketing team, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing.
     

    More specifically, you’ll:

    • Write and proofread blog posts about our company’s products and services

    • Create promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures and social networks

    • Conduct basic keyword research

    • Submit well-structured drafts to senior copywriters and editors within deadlines

    • Update existing content on our web pages

    • Participate in email marketing campaigns

    • Implement SEO practices to increase blog posts’ visibility

    • Interview internal team members (e.g. product developers and salespeople) to learn about product features

    • Coordinate with designers to complement text with images, graphics and charts, as needed

     

    You have:

    • Work experience as a Junior Copywriter, Content Writer or similar role

    • Copywriting samples; a portfolio of published articles is a plus

    • An ability to describe product features in a creative and informative way

    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress and HubSpot)

    • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools (e.g. Keyword Planner and Moz)

    • Familiarity with social media for business

    • Solid time-management skills

    • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field

    Junior Designer

    Description

    We are looking for a Junior Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of the Head of Marketing to produce high-quality work across a variety of digital platforms but primarily the Move website and blog as well as social channels.
     

    In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.
     

    Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision.

    More specifically, you’ll:

    • Have a strong understanding of brand identity tone

    • Work with design tools to produce digital assets like images and gifs

    • Work on refining the sales and talent team’s assets like downloadable PDFs and Google Slides presentations

    • Pitch creative ideas

    • Collaborate with team members to launch projects

    • Take on special design tasks

    • Use feedback from the leadership to improve

    You have:

    • Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer

    • Experience with design software

    • Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)

    • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)

    • Teamwork skills

    • A keen eye for detail

    • Time management and multitasking abilities

    • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

    • BSc/BA in Design or a related field

    • Nice to have, but not required: you love tech and recruitment.
