The Role
You’ll play a major role in shaping the future of Move by ensuring our employees' development & wellbeing is nurtured. You’ll help us hire the right people, and maintain & improve our unique culture.
Reporting to the Co-Founder and CXO, you will work closely with the Founders and the rest of the management team to develop people and culture strategies to continuously improve the way we work.
You’ll enable us to scale successfully around the world in a way that aligns with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience
Ensure our people continue to have a voice as we grow. You'll drive a strong feedback culture, gathering employee input for key initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
You'll foster inclusion, learning, and empathy by bringing different teams and people together. You'll also analyse our rewards and benefits to ensure they support our strategy and employee buy-in.

Training & Development
You’ll redesign & expand our current learning & development programmes, ensuring they can be tailored to each individual, and integrating them into their career progression plans

Talent Acquisition & Employer branding
you’ll be responsible for evolving our process, ensuring we attract and delight top-tier talent through the optimization of our EVP, our candidate experience, and recruitment systems.
Leading our growing talent acquisition team, you’ll provide strategic direction and report on TA team performance to the founders.
Reward and Recognition
Build a flexible, agile and fit-for-purpose performance management system that aligns with the business’ objectives.
Design a fair and scalable reward framework that is attractive & competitive.
Systems and Automation:
You’ll have experience with cloud-based HR systems and be able to implement one that fits our context
Requirements
Strong generalist background. You’re not afraid of wearing many hats. Whether it’s People Operations, Talent, L&D, or Culture & Values – the idea of proactively leading initiatives across the end-to-end employee lifecycle excites you.
Successful record of hiring, structuring, and leading a People team.
Experience within a high-growth startup or scaleup environment and experience of developing and supporting line managers through change.
Demonstrated communication, facilitation, and project management skills appropriate for executive-level collaboration
Strong curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Solid analytical skills

We’re looking for a self-starter to join us as a Sales Development Intern at our Talent Consultancy. You'll be generating and nurturing sales leads for our subscription-based recruiting model. We're a growing recruitment firm with an innovative business model focussing on digital clients.
Responsibilities
The Sales Development Intern sits in the Growth team of our business. You’ll be working with our marketing and sales leader to develop new business leads. The role will also entail participating in virtual events and being involved in the partner sales environment, speaking directly with end customers, as well as articulating the core benefits of our product to generate sales revenue for us.
Key responsibilities:
Following up marketing campaigns to qualify leads in an effective manner.
Profiling target lists to generate opportunities.
Have a professional telephone manner
Able to write professionally and understand email best practice.
Promotion of the business and its key services.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Some experience in telesales and lead generation beneficial.

The ideal candidate should be a confident team player, with the motivation to work individually as required.
