    Senior Associate OMCC Consultant

    Role Purpose:

    • This role provides service support, investment consulting and general consulting to a portfolio of existing clients. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

    KRA's

    • Supports OMCC Consultant to deliver all contracted client deliveries.
    • Provides investment and general consulting services to a portfolio of small clients.
    • Develops and implements strategy for the portfolio of small clients.
    • Provides OMCC consultant with input to client strategy
    • Supports OMCC consultant to deliver on the client strategy.
    • Supports retention of existing business by ensuring services are met to the required agreed standards (SLA).
    • Supports the new business take on function.
    • Builds, enhances and manages client relationships through service delivery.
    • Prepares the agenda, meeting pack and investment reports for meetings.  
    • Ensures that team is equipped with necessary documentation to proceed with meetings including printing and binding of necessary documentation.
    • Attends meetings with/without OMCC Consultant.
    • Takes minutes at meetings and produces the minutes after meetings.
    • Co-ordinates and manages action items resultant from meetings.
    • Presents investment report backs to clients.
    • Liaises with and negotiates deadlines with relevant parties.
    • Provides support to OMCC consultant/s including arranging and managing meetings and functions, receiving and handling calls, preparing presentations and other tasks

    Minimum requirements:

    • Relevant NQF Level 5 or FSCA approved degree /equivalent qualification
    • RE 5 is essential.
    • Minimum of  2 years Employee Benefit /investment experience.

    PFA Sales Manager.Sales & Distribution.

    Brief Description

    • Reporting to the Coast-2-Coast Area Manager, you will be accountable to recruit and effectively manage a new team, that consists of Established and Academy advisors based in Ceres. You have to ensure the team's profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area.


    KRA's

    • Managing the application of PFA's sales process
    • Managing the application of PFA's sales process.
    • Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and client care)
    • Interacting with highly successful and demanding financial advisors
    • Coaching and development of financial advisors
    • Building and sustaining a productive team.
    • Responsible for distribution strategy of products within the branch.
    • Accountable for local marketing.
    • Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities.
    • Responsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers.
    • Ensures delivery of customer value.
    • Manages, develops, appoints & trains financial advisors
    • Team Effectiveness
    • Individually accountable for sales advisors' time, tasks and output quality, over periods of up to three months.
    • Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
    • Plans & assigns work over periods of up to three months.
    • Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
    • Creates a climate for optimal performance.

    Job Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • Must have a relevant NQF4/5 level qualification as per the FSB list of approved qualification
    • Must have passed the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
    • Must have been registered with the FSB and provided financial advice for at least a year in the following minimum product categories: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.14 and 1.20
    • Previous experience as a Sales Manager could be beneficial
    • Current Sales Managers need a good track record in recruitment and development of their teams
    • Preferably 24 months service as a Financial Advisor
    • Must adhere to minimum performance standards - APS
    • Be accredited on all products that PFA distributes
    • Have strong administrative capabilities
    • Should be comfortable in applying the sales process
    • Should have a good working knowledge X Plan

    Negotiator: Claims Services

    Detailed Description

    • Register personal claims in adherence with SLA.ƒn
    • Arrange assessment in adherence with SLA.
    • Review merit of the claim.
    • Complete Risk assessment and additional support request analysis.
    • Clarify and amend information where required
    • Appoint the support service required.
    • Review Support Function Report.
    • Calculate and Analyse technical computations.
    • Capture decision in system.
    • Diarise Awaiting Info Documentation.
    • Prepare Rejection Letter, where required.
    • Perform Write-Off Procedures, where required.
    • Provide customer services in line with quality and performance standard
       

    Job Requirements

    Appropriate Insurance Qualification (Preferred)

    • Minimum 3 years¡¦ relevant Short Term Insurance Claims Experience
    • Minimum 2-3 Years Personal Motor/Non-motor Claims Experience
