    Role Overview

    Requirements

    Automation Assembly Assistant

    Role Overview

    • Responsible for assembling and packaging of explosives accessories through the use of an automated assembly line by preparing assembly components and loading of components into the automated line at the Losberg manufacturing site.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all assembled product conforms to product assembly specification
    • Meet daily assembly targets
    • Ensure availability and uninterrupted supply of raw materials and components
    • Be able to demonstrate required assembly efficiencies
    • Be able to perform raw material acceptance checks to ensure conformance to quality acceptance criteria
    • Be able to report and record on raw material usage
    • To work safely, conforming to the occupational health and safety act and the explosives act at all times

    Supply Chain Planning Manager

    Overview

    • The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing, leading, implementing and continuously improving Omnia's integrated demand and supply planning strategy, operating framework, processes and capabilities across the end-to-end supply chain.
    • The role ensures that demand, supply, inventory, production, procurement and distribution plans are aligned to business objectives, enabling optimal customer service, working capital performance, inventory optimisation and operational efficiency.
    • The incumbent will support the Master Planner in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, manages planning teams and systems, drives cross-functional alignment.     Role Overview

    • The Agronomist provides specialist agronomic and crop nutrition expertise to farming enterprises, supporting customers in maximising crop yield, quality, and profitability through tailored fertilisation and crop management solutions.
