    Shift Supervisor

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
