    System Administrator: 365 Suite / Exchange

    Purpose of the Job

    • The person in this position will provide end to end administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Teams and related applications, including SharePoint on-line and technical Issues and requests for Microsoft 365 Teams and related applications.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide professional and proactive administration for Microsoft 365 Teams and related applications available in the Azure platform.
    • Develop and implement changes.
    • Champion Microsoft 365 Teams based solutions embracing new functionality and increasing user adoption.
    • Manage risks and adhere to process, to ensure a reliable and controlled IT service delivery.
    • Collaborate with Records Management & other business stakeholders to maintain MS Teams governance, in line with the business requirements and implementing system functionality where required.
    • Liaise with internal customers to ensure that business requirements of the application are fulfilled.
    • Contribute to the development of processes and standards for M365 Teams delivery.
    • Support patch and release management by installing monthly Microsoft security patches, hot fixes, and anti-virus updates.
    • Evaluates and qualifies third-party products (including content filtering, fax gateways, backup solutions, archiving, to meet business requirements
    • Works with systems engineers for upgrades to operating systems, hardware
    • Provide support services for systems administration, networking, system-level storage management, performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
    • Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology NQF Level 6/7
    • MCSE
    • ITIL Certification
    • 3 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Technologies and IT Support
    • Experience providing archive solutions.
    • Microsoft 365 certification, with demonstratable experience delivering Microsoft 365 teams’ solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant experience of in MS Exchange
    • In-depth Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange in an Enterprise environment would be a necessity.

    Knowledge and understanding of:

    • Maintain a comprehensive Exchange disaster recovery plan and previous field experience.
    • Good knowledge of other e-mail technologies
    • Good knowledge of Message Tracking and Log Analysing

    Server Administrator: Wintel - Pretoria

    Purpose of the Job
    Plan, co-ordinate, install, configure, and manage all Windows Systems within the enterprise to meet business requirements. Designs and implements architectures. Identify and resolve (hardware and software) technical problems and malfunctions related to Windows Operating Systems. Make decisions that are critical in the areas of performance throughput analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning with the potential to affect the successful execution of business transactions. Pro-actively research and locate necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop. Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve and/or upgrade Windows infrastructure.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Configure and maintain the Windows Server environment.
    • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
    • Ensure the Windows based IT systems are monitored appropriately.
    • Provide technical assistance for the day to day running of the business. Handle day-to-day infrastructure operational activities.
    • Provide day-to-day operational support of all infrastructure related to servers in the VMWare/Windows/Compute platforms.
    • Establish configuration standard and design guideline for Windows and system software, covering availability, performance, resilience, monitoring, backup and recovery functional areas.
    • Collaborate with Other Service Provider(s) to minimize service interruptions in the infrastructure by taking necessary correction actions as approved by Management.
    • Support the development of new application releases as directed and scheduled by Management.

    • Ensure that the Windows server systems being supported have a high level of availability and reliability and comply with anymservice level agreements.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree/National Diploma
    • NQF Level 6/7 in IT or equivalent work experience
    • VMware and Citrix certification or knowledge will be an added advantage.
    • 3 – 5 years relevant IT experience
    • Experience managing complex Windows Active Directory and Windows Server operating systems.
    • In depth knowledge of HP Blade Technology, Hyper-converged Technology, VMware Virtualisation Technology, and Windows Server Operating Systems. Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
    • MCSE and Virtualization certificate (Advantage)

    Knowledge and understanding of:

    • In depth knowledge of hardware and OS software, Supervisory and interpersonal skills.
    • In depth knowledge of operating systems, Knowledge of operating systems planning, enhancements and installations.
    • Knowledge of various Wintel/Linux/Unix systems
    • Knowledge of ITIL process & IT service management.
    • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing small to large projects within a cross-functional environment.

    Senior Manager Internal Audit - Pretoria

    Purpose of the Job
    Work involves directing a comprehensive audit program including assurance and consulting services to the organisation’s management and staff; provide direction to development of the Annual Internal Audit Plan; and provide ongoing training, coaching and supervision to Internal Audit staff. Maintains organisational and professional ethical standards. Works independently with initiative and independent judgement. Provides an independent, objective assurance and consultancy function designed to add value, improve Postbank’s operations and accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Directs audit staff in the planning, organising, and monitoring of Internal Audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff; and taking corrective actions to address performance problems.
    • Develop and effectively complete an Annual Risk Based Audit Plan.
    • Investigate, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of internal control systems and contribute to their ongoing effectiveness by providing advice and support to management.
    • Directs the overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining internal audit issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) from an accredited college or university
    • Certification as a CIA / CA (SA), or relevant professional certification
    • At least 5-8 years relevant management experience.

    Knowledge and understanding of:

    • Thorough understanding of banking practices and associated risk management thereof.
    • Proven track record in managing an internal audit department in a similar environment.
    • Considerable knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
    • Extensive knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations, laws, Corporate Governance, PFMA, Banks Act etc.
    • Understanding of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and/or Audit Command Language (ACL).
    • Sound knowledge of the Banks Act and other relevant legislation.
    • Project Management (principles, practices, techniques and tools).
    • Strategy development, deployment, planning and communications.
    • Organizational development, management techniques and good business practices.
