Qualifications
- This role requires a strong strategic foundation (5 -6 years’ experience), combined with the ability to navigate fast-moving integrated environments and contribute meaningfully across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- 5 years’ experience in digital strategy, integrated strategy, communications planning, commerce strategy, customer experience strategy, social strategy, or integrated marketing
Previous agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platform behaviour, commerce, customer experience, and integrated marketing environments
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic development across digital campaigns, commerce, content, customer experience, social, and integrated communications workstreams

- The Production Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and profitable day‑to‑day running of production operations. The role translates operational strategy into executable workflows by managing resources, capacity, processes, tools, and delivery governance across the Production Practice.
- This is a non‑client‑facing role that partners closely with the Production Operations Director and production leadership to enable high‑quality output, operational consistency, cost discipline, and scalable growth—without compromising craft or delivery excellence.

Operational Delivery & Efficiency
