    Artisan Boilermaking UG

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide mechanical services and support in the assigned operational area through effective maintenance and installation of mechanical equipment and machinery.

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults) with English Literacy
    • N2 Platers Theory.
    • N2 Platers & Structural Steel Drawing.

    VP and Head of Operations Met Complex

    Job Purpose:

    • At Sibanye-Stillwater, the Vice President and Head Of Operations Of the Metallurgical Complex (MET) is an integral member of the US PGM Operation executive leadership and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure safe, sustainable, and profitable processing aligned with the US PGM Operations and recycling strategic Intent.     • To oversee the overall maintenance function of mechanical equipment, by preparing and modifying specifications and calculations; and monitoring work for compliance with applicable codes, accepted practices and standards.

    Job Purpose:

    • The purpose of the role is to consult with the Mineral Resource Manager and Mining Manager on the support regime required to ensure stability of excavated mining areas

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • COMREC (Chamber of Mines Rock Engineering Certificate)

    The Appointee should:

    • Chamber of Mines Rock Engineering Certificate
    • At least 5 years experience in a related role, of which 2 years should have been at a supervisory level area as a Strata Control Officer
    • Legal Appointee according to regulations of the Minerals Act and regulations of the Mine Health and Safety Act

    • To manage the specialist Survey and services and expertise at a Shaft. The work focus timeframe is 1 to 5 years but some plans may have a longer timeframe.

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • Mine Surveyors Certificate of Competency.
    • ND / NHD / B-Tech or BSc Survey

    The Appointee should:

    • NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults).
