    Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA

    Description

    As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, articulate individual, with an eye for spotting exceptional talent, to join our People Team. Using your exemplary spoken communication skills, you’ll effectively sell the benefits of the company, whilst building strong relationships with the heads of departments to understand exactly what they need in a candidate. You’ll source potential candidates from a wide pool of talent – identifying individuals with the skills and experience to thrive in our fast-paced working environment.

    This is a great opportunity for either an in-house or agency Recruiter to transition into a Internal Talent Acquisition Manager role. Working as a TAM, you will be required to work on a diverse array of roles across multiple sectors, it's therefore essential that you are able to work quickly and effectively. You’ll be the first point of contact for many potential employees, so it is of paramount importance that you are able to engage and build relationships with a variety of candidates and stakeholders alike.

    This role covers recruitment for all offices within EMEA, but mainly focuses on hiring into the region’s largest sites (Cape Town, London and Switzerland.)

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting eye catching job adverts and job descriptions

    • Proactively sourcing and selecting candidates from various talent pools

    • Managing candidate application journey via ATS (Workable)

    • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to promote hiring processes and delivery

    • Managing all stages of the recruitment process, with direct involvement in CV sifting, assessment tasks and phone/face to face interviews

    • Networking among potential candidates and selling the benefits of working for Ten

    • To find and address bottlenecks in recruitment processes

    • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

    • Manage internal application process and referral schemes

    • To assist in managing relationships with external advertising platforms

    • To assist in managing external recruitment agency PSL

    • To stay updated on recruitment market trends relevant to Ten and feed back to key stakeholders

    • Sharing recruitment campaign reports and learnings

    • To partner closely with wider EMEA recruitment team

    • Answering general queries and administration relevant to live campaigns

    Requirements

    • Must be based in Cape Town (If you not based in Cape Town, your application will not be considered)

    • Minimum of 3-4 years’ direct recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

    • Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns

    • An extremely high level of motivation and drive

    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

    • Meticulous levels of attention to detail

    • Highly attuned interpersonal skills

    • Confidence and experience in making qualitative decisions

    • Ability to think outside the box and find hard to reach talent

    • Exceptional stakeholder management ability

    • Ideally previous experience hiring for Senior customer/client services style roles

    Service Ambassador - Emails (3 Month Fix Term Contract)

    You will be responsible for efficiently handling EMAIL contacts from members. You will need to engage with the member to understand their needs, interests and requirements in order to promptly complete transfers to the appropriate department. As a member of the front line team you will create outstanding confidence in the service ensuring high levels of member satisfaction with the initial contact with the Ten Group service.

    You will be highly expert and knowledgeable about the full range of services offered by Ten and will use your superb communications skills to speak to members in a way that is beneficial for the member and sustainable for the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be available to receive emails from members. Identify the purpose of their contact and respond and/or transfer the enquiry to the relevant team as appropriate.

    • Identify members with specific and current requests and efficiently transfer them to the appropriate specialist in the right team.

    • Engage with members and get to know them so you can better understand their needs, interests and requirements to best handle their enquiry.

    • Ensure members are fully aware of the range of services we offer and identify those that are particularly relevant to them.

    • Gather feedback from members on their experience of the service and ensure that it is reported appropriately to the correct department.

    • Participate in specific strategic campaigns across the business.

    • To promote a certain offer/benefit to the member who has been targeted for a specific reason.

    • To educate the member on other areas of the service where appropriate so that they maximise their use of the service

    • To grow your knowledge of one (or more) specialist areas of our business so that you can display your expertise and add value to the member’s experience.

    Requirements

    Skills / Qualifications

    • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

    • Excellent email / phone etiquette with combination of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
