Role Purpose/Business Unit:

Role Purpose/Business Unit:
- End-to-end Operations, Maintenance and Restoration of the Vodacom National network which include services such as both active (RAN, TX and VB-links) through collaborations with Vodafone regional maintenance specialists, regional FFO Supplier management, Field Engineers and the different NOCs (Vodacom network, VB and Security).
- Ensure governance controls are in place in terms of daily and weekly, operational meetings, operational reporting and SLA management (volume and quality KPIs). Management and correct allocation of in-scope and out-of-scope work with the FFO Supplier and the Vodacom ASPs.
