    Risk Advisory - Quality & Risk Management - Junior Consultant/ Consultant

    Main Purpose of Job

    Deliver an efficient and effective internal Risk Advisory Administration service and Risk Advisory Process advice to Deloitte employees, partners, directors and other stakeholders in an accurate, timely and customer focused manner by doing the following:

    Conflict Checks:

    • Assisting the opportunity teams in logging conflict checks
    • Monitor and ensure conflict check conditions are met

    DESC Services:

    • Provide assistance to opportunity teams on queries relating to DESC
    • Opportunity Administration Management:
    • Responsible for completing all requests loaded on Phoenix allocated to them
    • Following up on client acceptances/continuance with RIL or approvers
    • Following up on approvers for high level opportunity assessments or Engagement Acceptances
    • Completion of the high level conflict check
    • Following up on opportunity managers with regards to outstanding checks for completion
    • Uploading relevant documentation onto the Phoenix system
    • Regular communication with the engagement team
    • Update statuses of opportunities in a speedily manner
    • Assistance with the engagement team with archiving of documentation
    • Generating frequent reports for the opportunity  and engagement teams

    BRMS:

    • Provide assistance to staff (managers and above) on BRMS
    • Log BRMS’s on behalf of managers/directors
    • E-Learning, CRM, Joiners and Leavers:
    • Assist with monitoring and follow up of required documentation
    • Annual Independence Declarations:
    • Assist with following up on individuals for the annual independence declarations process
    • Internal Quality Reviews/Practice Reviews:
    • Assist with compiling information required for the Internal Quality Reviews/Practice Reviews

    QRM Training:

    • Assist with the planning and organization of QRM training sessions
    • Personal Independence Matters:
    • Assisting where required on personal and firm independence matters

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree or equivalent

    Desired Qualification:

    • Degree commercial/business, compliance or risk management

    Minimum Experience:

    • 1 year experience within a risk management/ compliance function
    • Basic understanding of risk management and compliance
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
    • Strong administration skills
    • Computer literacy- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word

    • Basic skills in analysis and report writing
    • Experience in drafting of professional presentations and reports for review

    Senior Consultant: High Performance Leadership Programme - Internal Client Services - P&P

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job:

    • Implement and evaluate leadership development initiatives that support the Business Unit in achieving its strategic objectives.
    • Develop an advisory relationship with the Business Unit.
    • Implement change management principles in support of organisational change which impacts our people.

    Differentiators for this specific role:

    • Act as key contact for all Development Lab matters
    • Work with HPL lead and programme manager, facilitators and HRBP to tailor the design of labs for all service lines.
    • Recruit and manage a team of SC/M co-managers from SL/HP BP.
    • Train and support the development of co-Lab managers.
    • Co-ordinate with P&P leadership, nominating partners (PE labs) and HPLP programme manager to prioritise participants in line with their development needs and urgency.
    • Decide on best-fit facilitator and co-managers (if applicable) to support participants development needs while considering confidentiality/conflict.
    • Plan and lead lab planning calls with co-manager (where applicable), co-ordinator (and facilitator where needed).
    • Manage and monitor lab co-ordinator in executing the planning and logistics.
    • Drive key lab activities - preparation, research, 360, interviews, lab day coordination, album/report development
    • Act as centre point for the Lab - coordinate between participant, facilitator, co-managers, co-ordinator, M/LADC team, client service assessment team, etc.
    • Co-ordinate, follow-up and analyse participant questionnaires
    • Co-ordinate, follow-up and analyse 360 feedback.
    • Schedule and lead interviews with participants, stakeholders and coaches (Partners/Directors), (with facilitator to listen and ask add-on questions where needed)
    • Inform and support the facilitators - preparation, client/business unit and role research, and meeting preparation
    • Prepare interview summary, and extract key opportunities, expectations, strengths and development area themes
    • Prepare recommended quotes, tailored to specific themes from interviews.
    • Prepare recommended priorities, tailored to business unit and specific role.
    • Prepare recommended development activities, tailored to the needs identified (pre and during lab)
    • Understand the business unit, role, individual participant and lab facilitation process in order to be comfortable conversing with the participant and supporting facilitation process if needed.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualifications: Degree
    • Desired Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
    • Minimum Experience: 5 years’ working experience within the relevant function
    • Desired Experience: 2 years at Consultant level within the function
