    Data Transformation Analyst

    IT Audit Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for overseeing internal operating controls, processes, and practices. The role is also key in collecting the evidence and interfacing with internal and external auditors across multiple products.
    • You will be responsible for the designing, testing, reporting, and maintaining IT General Controls and Application-level controls for IHSM Solutions Operations in support of SOC-1/SOC-2/SOX audits and client service level agreements (SLA).
    • You may also recommend changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls to make sure they are current, adequate, functional, and utilised in accordance with standards established by the company.
    • You will need to demonstrate superior organisational skills as there is a high-volume body of work. The work will need to be executed within established department policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.

    Duties:

    • Planning and performing audits
    • Design and execute tests of key IT controls (patching, backups, encryption, IP whitelisting, ...)
    • Coordinate evidence collection across multiple teams
    • Review evidence
    • Monitor recurring checks (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
    • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor controls
    • Identify and re-mediate potential risks
    • Train other teams on controls in place
    • Improve audit procedures/processes
    • Report to organisation's management audit results and observations

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Extensive knowledge and experience of IT Auditing (SOC 1 and 2 and SOX), IT General Controls, IT Application-level controls is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
    • Appropriate professional certification preferred
    • Experience in Financial Services is preferred
    • Experience with AWS and Power Bi is preferred

    • 50% of your time will be spent on the phone, trying to source or validate information

    Responsibilities:

    You will be part of a dynamic team split across Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, London, and Cape Town, and your primary responsibilities will include:

    Customer Solutions Advisor

    What’s in it for you:

    You will be working in the dedicated Customer Care engagement team supporting customers in subscribing to our insights and technical solutions. The role will require you to work with teammates based in different parts of the world to maintain support of our customers globally. Key to the role will see you working together with teammates to engage and resolve customer issues in the shortest timeframe, working closely with the sales team to support account planning, client engagement and outreach campaigns and ultimately supporting renewal.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a customer-facing role, ideally with involvement in oil & gas projects
