    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable software solutions that integrate AI and GenAI to unlock business value.

    • The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, and SAP Cloud Migration Services for Vodacom’s enterprise and mid-market clients.     • The architect will assess existing client environments, define target-state architectures, and develop migration roadmaps aligned with SAP best practices, RISE with SAP frameworks, and Vodacom’s cloud-first strategy.

    The role requires deep hands-on expertise in:

    • SAP S/4HANA (on-premise, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud editions) for enterprise ERP transformation.

    Specialist - Unbranded Channel

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • Drive revenue and customer growth through the usage of Vodacom’s Products and Services across the unbranded channels within a geographical area. Manage and maintain the relationship with respective trade and channel partners, the internal organisation, and suppliers.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Principal Specialist - Pricing

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • As part of the commercial playbook pricing governance is one of the key pillars to ensure we are relevant and competitive from a mark to market perspective.
    • As a Pricing and CVM Manager, the responsibilities would include analysing market trends, competition, and customer behaviour to develop effective pricing strategies.
    • You would support pricing across the Vodacom Business (VB) & Consumer Fixed suite of products and services ensuring profitability while remaining competitive. The VB suite includes mobile, fixed, cloud hosting & security, IoT and managed services.

    Specialist: Data Governance Technical Analyst

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • To perform business analysis by assessing user requirements in terms of feasibility, impact and cost, thereby compiling accurate documents and ensuring stakeholder approval.
    • Forging strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the division and associated business teams, which enable the implementation of Data governance controls across the various business and technology domains. Identifying quality issues regarding data and making recommendations on how to correct.
    • To provide support within the system development life cycle of a Data Governance asset that could vary from providing subject-matter expertise; onboarding and profiling of technical data assets; maintaining of custom business assets; documenting quality rules; post-deployment support; and/or being business/technical liaisons.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • To perform business analysis by working with the business to complete Data Governance domain templates or working with technology to compile accurate URS / FDS documents and ensuring stakeholder approval.
    • Supporting the Data Owners and Stewards in identifying and defining the core business domains and attributes, including glossary.
    • To provide technical input into the system definition and design document. 
    • To investigate current industry trends and standards in terms of technologies deployed and incorporate this into the business requirements.
    • To ensure that all relevant test cases for a specific software release are completed in accordance with the defined rollout plan in terms of timing. 
    • To act as technical liaison between the business users and developers.
    • To foster relationships with the users by having regular formal user sessions and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of technical developments.
    • To fulfil the role of technical liaison between the business users and the developers, ensuring that both parties understand the technical and business impact of changes.
    • To ensure that all project documents are completed in terms of the documented DDM process, and approved by all relevant parties. 
    • To ensure that all relevant documents are readily available and complete.
    • To maintain industry best practices within the Applications environment.

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    Senior Administrator: Data Analyst

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • The role of the Senior Administrator: Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining software systems, key focus is Datastage with and future state to expand to other data platforms

    Your responsibilities will include:

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    Skills and Experience

    • Grade 12 essential.
    • 2-3 years' Work experience support IT 
    • Certifications Advantageous 
    • A total of at least 2 - 3 years relevant work experience of which at least two years is in supporting the successful delivery of Application Support will be advantageous.
    • Excellent collaboration and effective interaction with application development teams
    • Experience working with ETL’s, and databases will be advantageous  
    • 1+ year’s working experience in an Agile Delivery Team will be advantageous.
    • Experience in the use of analytics — log file analysis and troubleshooting Experience managing senior stakeholders.

    Knowledge of data warehouse concepts:
