Requirements :

Duties :
- Coordinate and manage the provision of education and training for Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing students as well as any other allocated Postgraduate Programmes offered at the Campus.
- Manage clinical learning exposure to learners between the campus and clinical areas. Develop and ensure implementation of quality assurance programmes.
- Supervise the curriculum development of the Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing. Management of theory and clinical (WIL) components of all other allocated programmes.
- Orientate, supervise, and conduct the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) of all lecturers under your supervision. Supervise the marking and moderation of the theoretical and practical assessments of programmes. Provide academic support to students. Participate in curriculum review of academic programmes.
- Engage in research and community engagement. Collaborate with other stakeholders and build a sound relationship within the Department. Participate in the overall management of the College and actively contribute to GCON and Campus committee activities.
