Purpose of the role:
Provide training to internal sales teams on systems and products. Work closely with sales, marketing, product owners and operations teams. Create and deliver internal training content. Ensure current training content and ongoing training interventions that helps to maintain and upskill the sales team.
- Develop in-house training material and content on e-learning platforms
- Work with a wide scope of products, publications and solutions and the supporting sales processes
- Deliver training, as well as coach and mentor those in sales, marketing, and sales support roles
- Training via various platforms: Zoom webinars, MS Teams, Classroom, e-learning and Seismic
- Engage in training with a view to onboarding and upskilling internal sales teams so that they are equipped to deliver on overall sales targets
- Ability to identify and assess skills gaps and provide relevant training to reduce discrepancies
- Identify training, mentoring and coaching needs of sales account managers and deliver appropriate training, mentoring and coaching solutions for all products
- Proactive and agile approach in creating and implementing training interventions
- Map out training plans per market segment and assign to individual members
- Maintain training administration database
- Maintain records of training and progress tracking all training
- Extract and compile reports on training activities and individual achievements and remedial actions
- Liaise with product managers, sales managers, and marketing to identify training opportunities

Required Qualifications:
