Manage Entropy System
- Update Entropy Food Safety system
- Communicate to relevant personnel based on instruction for amendments to procedures
- Monitor and update the audit schedule and system
- Schedule training with relevant roleplayers
- Follow up on training completed versus planned schedule
Provide Support for Internal & External Audits
- Assist with execution of internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for inductions and audits
- Follow up of corrective action resulting from audit findings
- Update of Entropy system and audit schedule
Coordinate Entropy System Training
- Schedule training with relevant roleplayers

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage server infrastructure
- Manage all server infrastructure including iSeries and standard servers to industry standards
- Provide 24 x 7 x 365 support on iSeries, standard server infrastructure and invoice printers to support continuous business operations (Supply Chain, Production, Logistics)

Duties and Responsibilities
Expedite Primary Transport Orders
- Actively expedite primary loads based on exception and priority using the Fleetview Module, YardLink and Flightboards to comply with plan
- Link loads, in Fleetview, manually which are not tracked.
- React to events in the Fleetview module
- Actively anticipate deviations from plan and resolve/ replan actively minimizing cost and delays.
- Ensure pro-active engagement with Hauliers/Site Management /Yard Management on planned deliveries, on-time collections, on time deliveries, slot time verification
- Escalate timeously and appropriately if any issues arise
- Communicate any deviations on slot time bookings for collection and delivery
- Confirm delivery of the load at end destination
- Manage resolution of supply risks

- Ensure all load are planned and expedited over a weekend

- Transact admin to be up to date daily and includes correct statuses of all loads (Exception management)
- All loads to be linked daily, including all satellites loads - make sure actuals are in trips prior to dispatching
- Feedback loop with Expeditors to optimise, tweak and improve daily plans for execution.
- Follow the correct procedure to amend/cancel loads in Plato
- Communicate amended/cancelled loads to SCP planners/yard controllers and hauliers
Create, analyse, communicate reports
- Analyse and Communicate loads on time reports
- Analyse tracking information and take corrective action with hauliers plan adherence
- Analyse actively tracked loads and take corrective action with hauliers and sites/customers/principals sites
- Feedback loop with Primary planners to optimise, tweak and improve daily plans for planning

Clover Own fleet expediting
- Understand operational intricacies and constraints related to Clover's own fleet and distribution branches.
- Actively expedite Clover's own fleet to ensure that own fleet vehicles always have a return leg, can do multiple trips per day and are fully utilized.
- Drive own fleet efficiencies by engaging with stakeholders such as PnP, direct customers, the yard teams, the warehouse and satellite teams to promote fast turnaround times and early dispatch.
