    Junior Marketing Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop an expertise in the fine fragrance, home & personal care markets across Africa, by conducting market research (desktop and on the ground), brand analysis, influencer and celebrities following, trend identification, new brands & launches tracking.
    • Support Commercial teams with building strong customer relationships by deep diving into the clients’ brands, strategies, portfolio, markets and consumer needs.
    • Create creative and compelling storytelling, olfactive descriptions, concepts and presentations to present to the clients.
    • Issue & present newsletters with the latest trends, launches and olfactive directions internally and/or externally on a monthly/quarterly basis while continuously updating our internal database.
    • Track and update our new wins.
    • Plan & organize innovative days with the support of the commercial and creative team.
    • Coordinate and Lead marketing toolbox design, creation and production.

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Requirements

    How you will spend your time:

    • You will supervise, coach and support the team that has to ensure customer satisfaction in a good balance within our organization.
    • Build strong relationships with Account Managers and customers
    • Follow up on escalation of critical sales orders, customer complaints, QC issues
    • Liaise closely with other departments to resolve issues and potential bottlenecks
    • Monitor order fulfillment process

    Production Clerk

    The successful candidate would have the following required Skills and Experience:

    • Min of Matric
    • Min 5 years’ experience in production, preferably Food Industry
    • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices

    Job Requirements

    Execution of daily production plan

    • Overseeing preparation for production plan is completed 
    • Supervising the preparation, administration & labelling team 
    • Ensuring all required resources are available for daily plan execution
    • Ensuring batch accuracy is maintained daily
    • Ensuring accuracy of overs and allocation of overs
    • Ensuring daily goods receipting is done
    • Close engagement with Warehouse with the loading of trucks
    • Ensuring all label & batch sheet printers are in working condition & servicing gets done
    • Managing of staff in conjunction with Agency rep
    • Planning of labour for shifts
    • Weekly reporting on team progress
    • Printing of label for sub-contracting plant
    • Ensuring labelling resources are purchased monthly
    • At least one if not more saving initiative per year
    • Assisting with all projects 
    • Ensure daily execution of Tier meetings
    • Attend daily Maintenance Tier meetings
    • Print monthly checklists and inspections sheets
    • Monitor issue, completion and filing of checklists and inspection sheets
    • Maintain database of job cards issues and closed monthly
    • Assist with Contractors coming to site when needed

    Maintaining stock accuracy

    • Maintaining stock accuracy for both Enzyme & Non Enzyme plants
    • Occasional batch allocation for stock in Production warehouses 
    • Supplying sample orders
    • Variance reports for Enzyme & Non Enzyme plants
    • Supplying of resources for stock takes
    • Co-ordinating stock takes for Production plants
    • Transferring of stock back to warehouse
    • Support with stock management for spares and consumables for maintenance

    Food safety

    • Internal auditing
    • Raising of Non conformances (NCR) when required
    • Investigation of NCR
    • Corrective action process to be executed when required
    • Ensuring team adheres to all processes & policies
    • Ensuring all required training gets completed 
    • Maintaining high housekeeping standards in all areas 
    • Feedback on all audits
    • Assisting with plant certifications

    Morale

    • Plan labour for shifts
    • Action disciplinary if & when required
    • Initiation of hearing
    • Monitoring of attendance
    • Supervise the bio-metric system 
    • Development of team

    Sampler

    Job Requirements

    Required Skills 

    • Sampler duties which include compounding batches, maintaining their share of House Keeping responsibilities, purging shelves, returning materials to stock, back flushing of materials from IFFMAN, Covering for other technicians while on vacation, requesting material deliveries from SAP inventory.
    • Compare samples to standard model to quickly assess basic quality of sample
    • Count, measure, weigh and label samples as needed
    • Report any irregular findings to Sample Lab Manager
    • Maintain all sample reports and ensure they are accurate and up to date
    • Ensure sampling machinery and tools are clean and in a workable condition. 

    Required Experience 

    • 2 years Sample lab experience. Proficient in Excel.
    • Diploma in Bio-Technology or Food Technology 
    • Proven analytical and mathematical skills.

    Junior EHS Specialist

    Job Summary

    The primary purpose of a Junior Environmental Health and Safety Representative is to ensure the Comany operates in a sfe and legally compliant manner so far as is reasonably practicable. The job scope includes all practical aspects of environemntal health and safety covering the Isando Site. 

    Job Requirements

    • Ensure that all personnel are fully aware of SHE policies and procedures
    • Be aware of new or existing safety legislation, approved codes of practice, guidance notes, and government reports.
    • Carry out workstation Assessments for Production and administrative environments
    • Assist with EHS assessments for Management of Change for product, process and equipment
    • Work with EHS Manager on safety system development, writing policies, and procedures and work Instructions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Safety Management
    • SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Course)
