Customer Service Representative at IFF

Job Requirements

How you will spend your time:

• You will supervise, coach and support the team that has to ensure customer satisfaction in a good balance within our organization.
• Build strong relationships with Account Managers and customers
• Follow up on escalation of critical sales orders, customer complaints, QC issues
• Liaise closely with other departments to resolve issues and potential bottlenecks
• Monitor order fulfillment process
• Trouble shooting and reporting as needed

Required Experience 

• 5 years of relevant Customer Service experience, in a multinational company
• Grade 12
• Experience in Export management will be an added advantage 
•  MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required along ERP database experience
